Had a guy driving a vt commodore come up next to me at the pump and start smoking ice sick lad tho me i prefer VRs & VSs nice bloke tho good petty station steve behind the register is a great bloke his name doesn't sound indian but mate hes pure indian comes from Madagascar!

It's a service station. If you need petrol that's the place. Very pleasant staff. Way better now it's changed to the Foodary.

Staff is busy on the phone and teaching its customers to be patient and wait for their phone call to finish rather than doing their job. He was still on the call while doing payments and customer service. Better to get the staff who really wanna work and dont think that its their dad's petrol station and they can behave rudely to the customers.

Very convinient, big and spacious, good location and always cheaper fuel compared to other patrol stations. Good customer service as well.

Worst manager dealt with response from the manager to change credit cards for payment which was an easy fix response given from the manager Soni I have to answer my boss for the reason for refunding” it was a genuine refund for changing the card if you can’t speak up then don’t be a manager if you can’t communicate with your boss or treat your customer well I asked if I wanted to refund a stuff it’s my rights and if I am taking it for fuel then I can still refund it and pay from another card and does mean that you have to lie and regarding the customer service from the employee happy with him always

Nore so in my case an the elderly customer infrount of me.

We both had hearing aids an the attendant made us botherd.he was to bissy listening what ever was playing in his ear pod Rather full attention to us the customer.

He made an elderly man wait as he miss herd the customer even no the customer repeatedly gave the number of the bower.

The attent also answerd my question on how much I can withdraw from there eff poss an he sad 50 I asked him for that amount an paid my amount at the pump.when I walked of he hadn't given me my asked for money. An the proceeds to tell me he didn't hear me. I was shocked an when the customers behind me said they herd it I mentioned my hearing aids herd him but what resion did he have not to hear my self an the elderly man.

When he looked away from us toward the window I noticed he was wearing a ear pod.

I asked him what he was listening to and he said he was listening to something I didn't catch. I asked him ro please remove the earbpod.

He argued.
I said what If someone was calling for assistance in am emergency.

He refused to Remove the ear pod an began to argue with me.
Told me to leave rudly so I demanded he give me his name to make a complaint.

I come here pretty often as I work night shift down the road also and I just have to say the tall male working about 11: 15pm was so friendly as he has been a couple of the times I seen him, keep up the good work mate

This servo tends to hold the low point of the fuel price cycle longer than most. It also accepts the Woolworths Rewards card for 4c per litre discount, but does out accept RAA card for the same discount.

Tall young guy, couldn't catch his name. He was extremely nice to us. Rare find at a convenience store.

It was the worst experience ever the petrol was like water and the people who work there are so rude and they make you rush and they got angry because my Commodore was too loud and I saw her smoking in there and a coffee did not have any coffee in it was just milk and sugar so don’t go to the ampol at Modbury

Good facilities, easy to get to travelling east. Access from Montague Road as well as North East Rd.

A young boy "staff" has lit up with his friendly attitude the customer service here recently in this Ampol which is bit rare in many Ampol.

Hi Every one, I did Visit evening time 5: 13 to 5: 30 between on this pump for fuel my car pump nbr is 3 after pay then i stoped on the linght near this pump i saw on miter is in Yellow
I did call many time they did not pick up my phone call i had not come backg for complate i have short time its first chance in my life very bad im giving one star

Such a great person behind the register. Awesome customer service. I’d say we all should leave for work with the same energy that this guy has

They charged me for the wrong pump even after I clearly said it twice. The woman in charge tried to make it my problem and demanded I pay them the cash difference which I did not have as I paid with an Ampol card. She called me rude as I was walking out and was very unpleasant. Surly there is a proper procedure for this situation and not one just made up on the spot by staff.

We rocked up 10 mins before closing and as i got out the car he pulled the till out and said no more when there was still 10 mins before closing, i asked through the window saying id be 1 min but he said no and walked away.appalling customer service on the 7th jan

Excellent as they have the option to pay via the Caltex app without the need to step in the store. Love it.

Although the customer service was good, the sprinkle donut I bought contained ants in it which is dissapointing.

Filled up with petrol and partly paid with a Caltex Starcash card. Good store, courteous staff member.
