Caltex Woolworths / EG Ampol Burton reviews
20Only use the fuel outlet, however always good sdevice & generally prices a bit better than average.
Friendly staff as good as a servo can be I guess. Unless you want the servo that's like a shop and has a food court lol but I just want fuel which they have
Just get our fuel. Sometimes they're cheap but like many fuel stations.sometimes they charge an arm and a leg.
This time my visit was to get some cheap fuel for my car.
Easy access and quick efficient service.
I agree with Hamish, now that they have blocked off the car park entrance I won't go there anymore on principle.
Since they have hired no English speaking Indians it has gone downhill pretty fast. Go there tonight to get milk and get ignored at the window because the Indian guy is to busy scrolling on his phone. I knock on the window and he serves me. Ask for a 2l of milk and he says a $2 what. He then tries to push the milk through the little square hole which won't fit then puts it through the little trap door which won't fully open because the cage with the water is in front of it.
Terrible service and now actively blocking the main exit from the shopping centre causing traffic chaos for weeks
Was a regular but avoid on principle now as that’s appalling behaviour
Very Rude Customer Service. This Lady who worked on 28th Aug Saturday at 12: 30pm has no sense at all. I was asking for smokes which I normally get it from this store from past 10 months. She simply said i don’t know and we don’t have. She is trying to send the customers away because its busy. I told her that it will be available here because i get it every time. She said no I don’t have in a very rude way. This is not the first experience i have with this particular lady. I had another bad experience previously as well. She really got some problem dealing customer and providing customer service. Since its sitting around the corner of my house i go there regularly and never had any issues with other staff. They all are pretty good except this lady. Hopefully she will learn.
I always pop in here to fill up my car. The staff here are nice and always friendly. It's just up the road from my home.
Most of the time I go here for a coffee on way to work. Coffee is good. Due for new coffee machine.
At 10pm. The lights are on but nobody's home.stood at the door for a while with no sign of life. Doors locked.
If the new owners want to close so early I really hope the get staff to turn lighting off etc.
Will be going out of my way to avoid using now
These are great petrol stations often with cheap prices, and i get discount on my Woolworths card.
Located at the eastern end of the Springbanks shopping centre and quite easily accessible from Waterloo Corner Rd. Smallish servo that is adequate for the needs of local shoppers, residents of the area and the traffic using Waterloo Corner Road to access Port Wakefield Road.
Beware. I would have given this place 0 stars if I could. This has been my go to servo for a long time but no longer, not by the way we were treated just a short moment ago.
Upon trying to fill up our tank, the pump was stopped (with an irregular amount already having been put in the tank) and we were immediately accused of having done a drive off when we would never, ever have done something like that in the past. Was asked to do prepaid, which by then I was feeling flustered but of course agreed to it and paid for $30 worth of fuel.
Keeping in mind that because we had put an irregular amount in before, logically, the prepaid amount that should’ve been registered to the pump would’ve been the remaining balance of the $30. We proceeded to finish the fill up only to find that we had gone over by $2.15 because apparently we should’ve kept track of what had been filled before and done the maths and stopped at the correct amount? I asked the girl working there what was up and she came at us and yelled out very condescendingly what had happened.
Proceeded to pay the remaining $2.15 and by this time I was just fed up and upset.
I’ve never been treated so poorly or rudely like this in a professional setting before in my life and I will never ever take my business here ever again.
This is by far the best service station in the area.
The fuel is always at a reasonable price for the cycle and the service is excellent and always highly professional.
I have always been told "if u don't have anything nice to say then don't say it at all".
So I'm not saying anything
Quick and very friendly attendants. Only thing that is let down is the lack of 98 octane fuel, and no pay at pump which has been disabled.
The girls behind the counter here are always chirpy and friendly, but the gas prices generally lack from the inner city by a few days. I don't think they sell 98 octane petrol which is a pain.
Clean, well maintained pumps and the addition of the service TV monitors at each pump is a nice inclusion. They have a well stocked shop with current products and good specials. The staff are friendly.
What a dump! Donna is rude and condescending, plenty of other service stations near here AVOID THIS ONE!
