9 I only go here for fuel but there are a good number of pumps, they are clean and quickly activated by the quality staff operating the consol. They come across as polite, quick and efficient.
Thoroughly recommend this aspect of the business and I will try out their food soon.
Service is good, they go the extra mile to help you, they seem to sell everything you may need.
The most expensive fuel in the area, drive further down the road and save an average of 30 cents a litre. Now two years later and despite a name change, they are still the most expensive fuel outlet in the North East.
The people who service are lovely and they sometimes always have what I want but if they are low on stock after the day they usesally apologize
Always had good service there until today the lady working there at 2pm today 17.5.19 was so rude I went and ask the guy working if he knows why the ANZ machine wasn't working and she interrupted and said were not ANZ and I said I know I'm just asking if you know why it isn't working and she's like we'll were not ANZ so call anz up and ask them. So I said ok can I get cash out she said no so I replied ok well there's no need to be rude and asked for managers number because she def8netly needs to speak better to costumers and she said managers not in until Tuesday and I'm just stating facts.so I said ok I'll beBack then and she said you do that. Rude people can really ruin someone's day.

Went there and the lady on the counter (2/2/19 around 3 pm) refused to open the washroom saying that you are not a customer (never had any issue on other fuel stations) and told me you have to buy something from store now to use the washroom. I told him mostly I fill fuel from Caltex that makes me a customer of Caltex and I will fill fuel at the end of my shift furthermore there is not such condition written anywhere in the store. Very bad attitude.not gona fill from Caltex anymore.
21 cents a lt more then the next caltex down north east road. 39.99 for a 30 pack of ciggies.what a joke.
Asked why pety so expensive told caltex sets price my ass. Caltex sets a rrp then they add there profit to that.
