26Anderson is an absolute asset to this company and anyone he chooses to work for in the future. Can be having the worst day ever and this bloke will always greet you with the friendliest smile and happiest attitude, it’s impossible to leave unhappy. And this is just for a servo! Anderson I hope you see this mate your future is so blessed.
Arrived with a 7c discount voucher from APOD (defence force). The attendant didn't know what it was and asked if it was a Toyota discount. I said 'no'. She said the coucher scanning machine was broken so she would do it manually. I asked for the receipt and noticed that she had given me a 4c Toyota discount. I then had to line up again to try to rectify the discount. On 2 occasions she asked me to wait for several other customers to be served first. In the end, she called her manager and jus5 gave me $2. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get my defence discount at Ampol and the attendanant had no idea what to do.

The staff in the morning are lovely and the coffee is great (DIY machine)
Sign at the front door says toilets available but they're only accessible via Maccas, so if Maccas isn't open you're out of luck

Fuel prices suck at the moment but when you get serviced by a super happy and friendly person it makes it ok.
I think his name was Anderson, either way thank you for being so lovely.
Got some petrol here. Price was among the lowest around at the time. Was able to use the Woolies 4c off, and earned everyday rewards points too! In-store service was good.
Very rude personal and also they are trying to charge you more, a beef pie cost $5.50 and a $2 is equal to $ 7.50 but I saw my account after I tap my card he charged me $ 8.50. One dollar doesn't matter but how many others they may robbed. I'll try my best to be smart when I'm going to any foodary after this.

Is often late to raise prices as part of the petrol price fuel cycle. At one stage they did require payment before you could pump at night time but they got rid of that reasonably quick. The tire inflation system has been down for a while. Also offers woolworths fuel discounts again after dropping them a couple of years ago.
Terrible fuel station. Charging at least 20c more than stations just across the road. What a ripoff.
I go to this servo from time to time for fuel and Uber Eats pick ups. There is always a staff member that shines and at this store it's a guy by the name of Anderson. He's always friendly and chatty and remembers my name
Their Macca's is the only store I have gone to that has a working coke Zero slushie machine! Well done I say to them and always friendly staff also.
Terrible customer service from the lady 12th Jan morning. Don't understand how come the owner would hire such a bossy and nonsense person to do retailing businesses especially on the busy location with other 2 other rivals nearby. In case wanna make businesses down anyway.

There is a white lady on the counter very polite in the starting but she knows nothing about customer service and system then start giving lecture me about you should ask me this and that before I think she need more training
