Awful woman with purple hair. Didn’t acknowledge people waiting. And when I said to her that the man next to us was trying to collect an uber eats order to deliver, her response was’ He can wait’ absolutely appalling. Meanwhile, there were two male employees doing seemingly nothing, mucking around with a sunglasses display at midnight.
Do better.
Bolivar used to be amazing. We walked out, disgusted. Going to Roseworthy instead. At least they appreciate their customers.

A cup of chip is only half fall not worth your money or time

Store, amenities & truckers diner are always clean & well kept, kitchen ladies always welcoming & helpful & food is generally good, but outside busy times.not so fresh from the hotbox & can be quite pricey compared with other places in the area.

Went there for the batted chips only to find out new management have bought cheap crapy boring chips. Would pay more for quality go back to what you had. Staff said lots have said the same thing very disappointing.

Once saw a bloke whip his gentlemen's sausage out onto the counter after his card was declined like it was an alternative form of payment.
Great food as far as servos go and always something genuinely hilarious happening

Food is way too expensive for just deep fried food. Always short staff meaning long waits.
Went there the other day 2 people on check out and 1 poor lady serving, cooking and check out. Felt like giving her a hand. We just left.

Serve your customers please

- two workers chatting away breaking boxes while one lady cooked and served as customers built up, left to stand at counter for 5mins watching them break boxes it was an eye brow raiser for sure

They do make excellent egg and bacon rolls amoung other food but the prices are ridiculous and very expensive nearly $10 for a egg and bacon roll and you can go to other foodary stores and they are only $5.00 they are taking advantage of the tourist and the public PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICE TO BE MORE AFFORDABLE and you won't get anymore negative reviews.if the food was not so expensive I would have given 5 stars

Called in a number of times to fill up trying to support local station, never felt friendly never got more than a thats x amount, food area looks great and plentiful last visit stood for 2 or 3 min before some one showed up to pay for fuel.

Disgusting service, next customer walked out, nothing cooked.what a joke, we always dropped in but never again.if they cant br bothered nor can we.

Been to this service station quite alot and they only once have not had any hot food ready to go.
Every other time they have had ready made hot chips ready, hot wedges, hot pies, hot coffee, hot dim sim, hot fish, chicken on a stick, cold drinks in fridges, chocolate bars, ice-creams Cornetto's etc staff are doing a great job when I go in.
It is a service station that sells hot food!
Try to be served fast in a bank when everyone wants to chat.
They as many shops in Australia let ppl be served with no mask on and did not QR code at all.
When I QR coded at the door 4 ppl would duck in without QR coding and be ahead of myself in the queued ppl waiting nothing ever was said to them.
Apart from that ppl would be served as promptly as possible with the volume of customers filing in.
The wave of ppl is sometimes overwhelming for the best of businesses I see it all the time since covid hit.

Only one toilet available and that was unclean, food used to be good but its gone downhill as it just sits in the warmer now.

Great food and great staff. Only giving 3 stars as the poor staff member run off her feet at 10.15 pm on Friday night. Should have more staff on at that time will all the uber eats and other people there. As a courier driver wanting reasonably quick service it is not as pleasant now that management are not caring about the regulars any more. On Friday night the bloke that walked in with a bottle of neet Jack Dannils was shop lifting. The staff were to busy to see. Also it feels a little unsafe with the big group of idiots that half fill the back exit with their cars making it hard for trucks and other drives to leave. You need some security to sort this problem. Awaiting managements reply. I am happy to talk to any management if you care about your starff and clients.

Visited this store twice now first time left waiting for better than 10 minutes while staff mopped floors rather than helping customers.
Second time again left waiting for staff when they where good and ready to serve me and not left waiting for a minute or so but a good 10 minutes would give a lower score but can't because it doesn't go below one probably would give the service I received quarter of a star seems the staff don't care about customers it's just a job they need to pick up they're game many of my friends bypass this store now

Am sorry am feeling sick & wamted after eat chicken roll.that was not fresh I bought 2 one half eaten one in bin.don't buy frozen.

Must be the best selection of fried road food around. Just would like the food hotter than warm.

Visited on Saturday at 8pm. One other customer. Staff were cleaning grill. It took them 15 minutes to take our order and they were still cleaning that grill 20 minutes later? CANCELLED OUR ORDER - VERY BAD SERVICE - WILL NOT RETURN

Great food and fast service with a wide range of food. The women behind the counter are really nice and do a great job. Highly Recommended!

A great roadhouse with all the comfort food you could ever ask for. 24 hours a day you can have some of the most delicious hot chips north of the city. There is also bait for those late night/last minute fishing trips. Outdoor seating available.

It has everything you would expect to have, it has a shower how ever they don't like anyone use them, except truck drivers! So that sucks,!
