The lady serving me kept trying to sell me special items I just wanted to get back to my car, lovely lady but ease up on the upsell.

Just went through and only went because of the rewards card. The Lady pretended to scan my rewards card however, I didn’t get any rewards points or discount. Was also very rude. Would not recommend

The one star is for easy access to the store. Bought a couple of sandwiches for lunch and dinner because I was working late. Took one bite of me egg sandwich and knew something didn't taste right.
I spat it out right away, the egg was really yellow and mushy. A waste of $16. Won't be stopping there again.

This has to be fixed asap. You should consider not parking your trailers at the air filling place

Quick service, limited selection. I think the guy who was served before me farted, smell lingered. Would visit again

Had a flat tire and no wheel spanner.
I saw a servo down the road, Figured the servo would have something.
I couldn't enter and had to explain my situation to the lady at the window.she doubted they had anything but allowed me to enter and look around.she was right. I couldn't see anything useful. I thanked her for her help and I returned to my vehicle. She was very friendly and helpful.

Located in a convenient site on the western side of Salisbury Hwy, this servo consistently has competitive pricing and is the only Caltex/Ampol Starmart for miles around.

Has plenty of bowsers with entry/exit points on Salisbury Hwy and the side street, has clean toilets and the shelves are always well stocked. This servo carries all the different varieties of petrol; i.e. 91,95 & 98 plus diesel.

The standout with this servo is the quality and level of service from the staff! Bee, Nicole, Gayle, Tina and Jack are simply excellent at their jobs.

Many times, I witnessed when coffee machine needs milk change, the staff only bothers to change it staight away with no hygiene protocol what so ever, considering covid era makes it must. Thier own cctv should expose my comment/claim to change this practice.

Why on earth the staff should not care for others health when changing milk cans in coffee machine

The staff member Hammad needs to be trained on how to better serve the customers. What makes a person stand out and demonstrate customer service excellence? It is by making the customers feel delighted. Caltex must ensure regular performance analysis and training if required.

Denied momentum rewards discount of 12cents per liter. For 30 liters of petrol I was entitled to $3.60 discount but the lady at the counter gave me only 99 cents of manual discount.
You still owe me $2.60.

Love Holly who is an absolute joy every time I pop in for my regular daily coffee. She is so friendly and cheerful she makes my day ever so much better

Tonight 8 pm 2 july 2019 i had a very bad experience at caltex salisbury highway and spains road corner, met a very idiot and disrespectful employee who has no idea of dealing with customer and racist as well his name was Josh i read on his batch

Friendly staff, convenient location, spacious parking, great selection of snacks and drinks, definitely recommended.

5* for the amazing blonde woman working there, best customer service hands down. She's so lovely and an asset to the company: D

This service station is now closed. It would seem that I have to use at least 100 characters to tell you that the station is not operating.

Clean, has everything needed. Staff a friendly and polite. Petrol price is comparable for the area.
