Cafe Verde Pizzeria

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress were always so friendly and kind, they came and checked on us a couple of times, which was wonderful. The owners were great and welcoming, that’s one of the most important things when attending a restaurant, all the stuff being attentive, warm and welcoming, which was presented. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

Don’t forget to try their coffee, absolutely loved it.

Beautiful service, Alice was kind and thoughtful and cared for us well. Menu was a good variety for a breakfast menu not just the stock standard choice and was served promptly! Very happy, will be back.

We went for coffee and cake to Cafe Verde ended up staying for dinner there was 10 of us and everyone loved their meals excellent service staff are lovely

Honestly, the best place to go in the North East. The team & their service is always excellent, a real credit to Joseph & Julie. The food never disappoints (my poached eggs are always runny) & my constant changes to the menu (sauce on the side) are never too much trouble. There is something for everyone here, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

First visit since the restrictions were lifted. Lovely service and the food was yummy. Coffee was great, even the decaf. Looking forward to seeing it full again.

Just want to say that the quality and service has not dropped as well all work through this horrible situation we are in, a great local business that deserves everyone's support. Thank you lovely dinner although we eat it in our lounge not your facility and missed your friendly table service, stay strong and we will be back next week.

Excellent food and friendly service again tonight. The Verde Burger and chips I had for my dinner was delicious. An excellent takeaway service using paper takeaway containers so everything is still fresh and chips are perfectly crunchy when I get home

Always a lovely, consistent cafe.
Friendly staff, plenty of seating options only issue I have is that it is very noisy when there are quite a few people inside. A few craft beers would add to it's appeal.

Went to CV tonight for dinner.exceptional service and incredible attention to detail and care in respect of my allergies and intolerances. The food was amazing too! Will definitely return.

Disappointed because I got grilled fish instead of crumbed fish as I requested but the meal itself was fine

Good value family licensed dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also have pizza with delivery.

Breakfast was ok. Severely over priced. No table service. Dont include tea or coffee. There are much better places that appreciate your patronage.

Our local cafe. Never dissappoints. Booked breakfast on the morning of our wedding for 20 people. Great service and food.

Excellent food and wait staff - we asked to move outside before our meals arrived as we were a little hot inside and the waitress happily helped us move all of our things (including a highchair) even though we did not expect her to. Will definitely return.

We've been going here, sadly too little in recent times.

The food was amazing and the relationship between the waitstaff and the customer was 1st class.
When you get personally attended to by the Manager, that's a pretty good sign of how much your custom is appreciated.

Food and service was great. It's just a shame about the loud chairs. (They seems to fall over easily and make a loud clattering)

Generous serves, delicious tender chicken with Dijon mustard and perfectly cooked vegetables. What a gem of a cafe. It really is a restaurant!
