Cafe De Vili's Elizabeth

Send Jasmine home the one with the glasses, poor service from this thing. Manager should get rid of her. Treated everyone the whole time i was in there like a piece of garbage. The other staff were friendly.

The food here is stale and the meat is overcooked and tough and the pork burger had no beetroot on it even though it's on the ingredients list I've had several without beetroot and the baked potato had no coleslaw on it the coffee the milk in it was overheated and Burt and Tasted very bitter as a result of being burnt milk burns at 72° a cappuccino should be at 60° its that simple

I stop here some mornings for the brekky combo which is good value and always tastes good. The staff that work the front counter are pleasant and do a great job: also, well done to the employees behind the scenes who prepare all the food, keep up the good work.

Not likely to recommend - service was terrible we placed our order and it was not so busy night (probably only under 10 people) our 2 friends got their order soon but ours didn’t came until after our mates already almost finished their meals and going to the counter I asked where’s ours, these staff could not find the order and was not sent to the kitchen despite showing the receipt to them that I paid! Eventually we demanded a refund so disappointing as well to find out I was charged over than exact amount I ordered and I had to go back the next day to see the manager to sort this out! Very disappointing service that staff were not fully trained! For the food? Nothing special! Unfortunately, first and LAST

I just paid $7 for a plastic enclosed reheat frozen pie. Could have bought from the supermarket. Not coming back! Get real and bake in the kitchen. Was expecting much better quality. Total fail

Opposite the Elizabeth courthouse and police station, this restaurant offers a basic range of baked goods to offer those taking a cheeky break from their court hearing. Chips and gravy are considered an exotic delicacy and takes an exotic 20 minutes to make and somehow always get served luke warm.

Had pancakes this morning sadly when I got my order they were cold and in a section of the pancake it tasted burnt.
Huge serves portion too much for me to handle lol

Don’t appreciate hearing AC/DC thunderstruck on radio they blast too loud, If I wanna hear “can I cum in you please” I would have gone to a disgusting pub not a place that says they a family friendly CAFE! Could see a lot of chairs around us had food on that they didn’t bother to clean after clearing a table, gravy had 3 huge chunks in it, coleslaw juice was runny like water so not only were chips cold they were swimming and going soggy in it

After reading some of the reviews was a little bit apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and good menu. We had kids Schnitzel and chips and I had pie, chips and gravy. Loved the meal and loved the chips.:)

Sorry for the negative feedback Villis, as a patron of all the stores over the years somehow Elizabeth is lacking the quality of the others. It’s as though the people out this way are receiving the factory seconds. I’ve eaten in lately and tonight take away. My Cornish pasty was black on the inside I’ve never seen one like it. I believe it was rancid and as I only took one first bite I may well have avoided the sickness that may still follow.
The custard berlina was stale and dry. Last week the villi dog was as dry as could be and a pie I had in a floater was full of dreaded gristle. Cmon people do I need to visit the other stores just for a higher quality?

Went in there last night.
Display cabinet for cakes was pretty much emptied.
Over $6.00 each for 3 cakes.
Very overpriced.
One of the cakes I ordered was an apricot turnover.
Was looking forward to it.
CSA got my order wrong - wanted an Apricot not apple turnover.
By the time I noticed it was too late.
Disappointed.

The chips have been fixed! I cannot stress how happy this makes me as my wife loves the chips and gravy from Cafe de Villi's and was extremely disappointed with how the chips were cooked. They are now 100% better and actually edible.

The schnitzel I had was also very well cooked and as always the Villi's pies are great.

Got the yiros delivered. For the price i expected more. Fresh meat would have been nice not frozen and heated on the grill. Not worth the price. Didnt fill me up!

Ordered pie and chips, for the price, serve of chips was tiny and they tasted stale, put us off and haven't been back

thought i would give them another shot, they struck out again, they forget half my order, never again, wasn't like they were busy either,

Ordered breakfast online they didn't include the mushroom that was meant to come with it they didn't include the hashbrown i paid for and they gave me the baked beans i asked to be removed

Not sure why the drive through menu is different to in-store and online. We can sit at home and order a steak sandwich but when we went through drive through they said they could only do them in-store! We were the only car in the drive through and would be more than happy to wait for it. Pretty disappointed with the team at Elizabeth. All I wanted was a yummy steak sandwich for dinner: (: (

A good new store with a good choice of Pies, Pasty, Cakes (plenty of), sandwiches plus cooked meals for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, coffee, tea plenty of soft drinks. Eat in or takeaway, open 24/7

Through my chilli dog in the bin, hard as hell. My Chips over cooked, very disappointing experience, stay away from the Elizabeth café. Big ball drop villis on this store

Been twice, got half a handful of overcooked chips and a cardboard schnitzel, far from what you would except from the vilis name!

So I came to vilis in Elizabeth to get 2 chicken schnitzel chips and gravy… now I don’t work here so I’m unfamiliar with the menu and the specials. I also had ordered 2 chilli cheese Kranski. It totalled to $43, as I had paid and pulled up to the other window I saw a sign that said 2x schnitzel meal with 2 drinks $30.so my first thought was why the girl never offered that when she was taking my order so I asked the girl at the window her name was Mel and she was unprofessional and snappy saying not every worker knows to say it and she can’t do anything so I asked if I could atleast have the drinks, she kicked up a bit of a fuss but in the end gave them to me. All in all, just poor service, wasn’t an issue but the fact she was rude and unhelpful about it was frustrating
