Cafe Anthony is the best Sri Lankan restaurant in South Australia. I always recommend their food. Their quality of food, quantity and taste is value for money. The service is very courteous and friendly.

Anthony and his crew catered our engagement party over the weekend and did a wonderful job! Amazing professionalism, beautiful presentation and at the end of the night everyone told us how delicious the food was. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to cater an upcoming event!

I called around 6.15PM yesterday and ordered a lamprais and asked them to keep it aside as I will be coming around 8.15 to pick it up. They confirmed the order and took my name. By the time I reached there after a 30 mins drive, the staff was saying there is no more lamprais and there has been a miscommunication between staff. If you guys can’t take a simple order like this, I have no idea about how you gonna survive in this industry! We were craving for it when there were other Sri Lankan restaurants around. So we made the wrong choice it seems. Worst experience at a Sri Lankan restaurant…

One of Adelaide's worst Sri Lankan kottu. I just tried a chicken kottu, which was the worst kottu I've ever had. Expecting Sri Lankan kottu from them is unrealistic. They simply cut the rotti and combine it with the veggies.

Rude and unethical customer service. We were on the line for food and were totally neglected by the serving lady. Although it was our turn she totally ignored us as we were invisible and served the couple standing behind us. Although they pointed out that we came first, still she ignored and kept us waiting. Do not appreciate this discriminating behaviour.

The best place ever to have Sri Lankan meals. It would be amazing if they had delivery too?

Great food. Great location. Service could be little better but nothing to complain. A must try place in Adelaide.

Very Reasonable prices. But honestly the taste is not authentic enough. I’ve tried there dinner and lunch take away many times but taste wasn’t up to my expectations. Newly added ‘Achcharu Rice’ is worth the money and my only option from there menu.

Service and puncutuality is not good. Doing the food setup after shop opens. We have to wait 10 minites to be served as staff making the food set up. Dine in option available but they dont have plates for dine in, which is a joke. Even for dine in serve with food containers. But the food was good. Better to do takeaway and come 10 minutes after shop opens.

Ordered chicken and beef last night. Chicken was ok but the beef was so over cooked and dry, it was no diff from eating leather. Was not impressed at all.

Yes there food is always delicious.
Each day they have excellent fresh food varieties to choose from.
Sometimes busy time the traffic is heavy.
Otherwise can park in front of store.

Chicken kottu, chicken curry, string hoppers and coconut sambal all amazing! I used to live in Sri Lanka and have finally found food as good as on the island. Thankyou!

The catering was done for අපි… අපි… musical event by Anthony caters. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. You can’t ask for better over all experience. Well done Anthony Caters.

Food is tasty and priced reasonably. Good idea to order before you arrive if planning to takeaway.

Driving through Magill road and happened to see this cafe. Picked up lunch and it was amazing. Rice, dhal, veg gravy (didn't know the name, looked and tasted like mango), beans, fried egg and roast chicken. Real value for money and taste was authentic. Hearty lunch with family.

Best srilankan food u can get in Adelaide. The rice packs are gone by 6pm. I always wondered why cant they make more rice packs to avoid disappointment.

Ordered on Doordash tonight, very disappointed experience:
First of all, lamb curry was replaced with chicken curry without calling us. We didn’t want the chicken curry, so we called to change to chicken string hoopers, which was accepted by the restaurant.
But they clearly misunderstood our order and gave us curry with no meat at all (only 2 piece of potatoes? , ooked like the remains of someone’s dinner…) plus a container of dry string hoppers. Just imagine how upset we were when received the food… BTW the food was late for 30 minutes as well…
We ended up mixed the chicken Koththu and the string hoppers together for our dinner. The food was tasty and definitely deserves a four star, but please contact your customer before changing items.
