Staff are friendly and very helpful, and the store is always stocked and very tidy. Also, have tastings from time to time.

My go-to local bottle O. Not much to say, they're a bottle O. Prices are reasonable, variety is reasonable, staff are solid. No complaints here

On March 26, I made a purchase at this store and the amount paid was incorrect ($ 51, when the correct would be $ 39). A complaint was filed, where customer service asked me to return to the store to request the cash difference. I returned to the store (Edwardstown) around 13: 50 to request a refund of the $ 12, but the manager refused to compensate me, claiming that "if it were true" I would need proof that the amount was wrong. With that, I decided to buy another drink and this time the same problem happened, on the shelf the value was $ 34 and the cashier was $ 37, but I paid the correct amount. Even with the evidence of the same problem, the manager did not refund me for the first purchase. I asked customer service again, but so far I have not received a response. Prejudice, bullying and total disregard for the client who is first of all a human being.

The best thing about this store is the staff. Particularly the night and weekend staff. So knowledgeable and helpful with their products. Always friendly.

Great prices and very friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. Although, when I ask during summer if I could sleep in their cold room, they don't take me seriously. (Their only flaw.)

A large liquor store with a good range.
Spirits, Red and White wines and plenty of cold Beer.

Location is very practical as its round the corner from home. However, I would go out of my way to go here if I needed booze as the staff are helpful and the pricing is generally very reasonable. Thanks peoples

Absolutely a Fantastic Venue We were there for my daughters 40th Birthday. We will certainly go back there. Food, service and wait staff excellent. Couldn't fault anything at all. Dave Childs

Staff here give excellent recommendations on many products here and are willing to go to fabulous lengths to help customers.

Specials here are priced fairly and the selection of alcohol available is not overly extensive, but well rounded. Something here is bound to appease your thirst!

My local bottle shop. Staff are always friendly and if looking for something different very helpful with wine choices, etc. They have a massive carpark so plenty of parking right at the door (it's so big they let the charity next door use it for overflow). Being part of the BWS chain the prices are fair and you can get points on your Woolies card toward future purchases.
