Don’t buy the top dress mix to top dress your lawn as it’s full of rocks and bark chips. This is what they recommend. I regret using it. It’s going to make a mess of my reel mow blades the photos are not patches I have chosen, it’s like that across my whole lawn.

Ordered 3 tonne of blue gum firewood the other day. When first called, was quoted a cheaper delivery price. When ordering, it was more expensive. When delivered, it was moist to the touch. I assumed that this may just be residual surface moisture. The wood was immediately moved inside and undercover to stay out of the elements. Moisture content has been checked with a moisture meter and is registering in the 40-50% moisture content. This is advertised as seasoned and stored undercover. I am highly skeptical of this. Also seems to be a recurring issue, given others have said the same a year ago. Will now have to fork out money elsewhere to purchase actual seasoned wood. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Used this business for years. No issues with the products, generally good staff. I have been on the receiving end recently of a salesman lately who is a complete tool. Rude and bossy, snapping orders. Asking customers "What do you want" and "What are you waiting for" whilst giving me the wrong product. Good way to ruin your day. If you live south of Gawler, go elsewhere.

Went there today Sat 26/6/21 and although they didn't have what we were exactly looking for, the customer service was second to none! The young man in the office was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend!

Rudest salesman I've ever experienced. Called for a price and availability on a product. Questioned the price as I know I can get the same product $30 a tonne cheaper and was met with swearing and abuse. Very arrogant and obnoxious.
Our family will never use again.

Never asked for you to sell below cost. Was only asking for a quote. The cost wasn't the issue it was the rude salesman. Had to hang up to stop being verbally abused.

OH MY GOODNESS! Moments ago, a big, bad bucketload of 14mm Flinders Red stones arrived at The Maxwell House. Delivery made by THE BEST female driver with THE BEST smile AND attitude. Ordered THIS morning (rather late in the morning) and delivered by 3: 00pm SAME DAY.exactly as their website states. Outstanding job ~ Well Done! Beautiful addition to our garde renovations. Thank you enormously!
