I was there for day procedure.
Could not ask for better service, and attention. I'll go back there when I require anymore hospitalization.

The chemicals they've used have destroyed my lower spine.every day is agonizing pain and it only hurts more knowing i will never know the joys of running with my children or jacking off in my car ever again.foods nice though

If you have to have an operation this is the only place to go. Staff are caring and friendly. Food is wonderful. I'll swear I put on weight during the week I was there. Grounds are pleasant and relaxing and help with the healing process.

Recently had surgery and a 2 night stay. Every step of the process was thorough, gentle and caring. All of the staff were kind from recovery to the volunteers who check if you have enough coat hangers! Nursing staff were patient and professional. My room was quiet. Thank you, it makes a difference when you are treated with true care and kindness.

I have just checked out of burnside hospital 3 days early. I had my third baby there. My Other 2 children I have had in Ashford with no dramas or issues at all. If you are thinking between both hospitals please go to Ashford. It’s a much better hospital overall and you get the care you really deserve.

This time I have heard lots of mixed opinions about burnside- since it’s closer to home I have decided to go there but I really regret my choice. I have choosen to leave 3 days earlier this time because it was getting too stressful being there.

It’s a friendly environment and nice atmosphere but the midwives and nurses are way to stressed most
Of the time and they take approx 30 mins for them to answer when I needed help.

Most midwives were not empathetic with the pain and the changes I was going through. But to be fair I had about 3 midwives there that were brilliant and I really enjoyed having them there otherwise all the others were too stressed or didn’t really care about me since it was my third child.

Overall I have had a really poor experience there and I’m glad to be out of hospital now.

I loved my specialists and if I could have them again I will just not stay at burnside hospital maternity ward. I would 100% go to Ashford hospital even if it’s further away from home.

Had a minor surgery yesterday. Though the wait was long but I find this hospital extremely cosy and puts me in a very good place. Had to stay overnight, room was very comfortable and homely with a window affixed with plantation shutters looking out to a beautiful tree lined street. Not to mention all nurses I have met were extremely cheerful and pleasant and helpful. They will hear me try to get off the bed at 4am and run in to offer help though I didn't ask for them. Dr. Sexton was wonderful as well, highly recommended by other doctors. So blessed! Thank you!:)

I had surgery at Burnside last week and could not fault the care I received, from the reception desk, food and cleaning staff but most of all the compassionate & highly skilled nursing staff. This was my 5th orthopaedic surgery, first at Burnside and I have to say it is the most superior hospital I have been in. Thank goodness Dr George Dracopoulos choses Burnside for his operations.

Staff are kind and easy going. A little inefficient when it comes to pain medication and food. Have asked twice now for pain meds and two hours later, still nothing (minus one star for this) and despite leaving surgery before 11am, they wouldnt serve me a proper lunch, which after fasting is sooo bad. So no food for 18 hours until they served dinner @ around 530pm. (Lose one more star for this.)
Also considering the price you would think the wifi would be better. Most websites and game apps are blocked which leads to quite a boring stay, so bring your own entertainment. (Lose one more star for this)
Otherwise, the hospital is clean and quiet, and the food is quite good (regain a star for this).
All in all a much better experience than public hospitals.though that should be a given.

I just want to thank the staff at the Sleep Unit for my recent visit. I had a night/day study and all the staff were helpful and wonderful.in the past I had a day study elsewhere and it was nowhere as professionally run as this group. We have finally gotten to the bottom of my sleep issues and it has been an absolute life-changer. Thank you for being passionate about what you do and taking sleep problems seriously. You are providing a great service for those that, in my experience, are usually disregarded. I also highly recommend my sleep doc Dr Dang for anyone suffering excessive sleepiness and is unsure why.
