We had lunch here today and we thoroughly enjoyed the Irresistible Beef Burger and the Bacon Beef Burger highly recommend giving them a try

First order was an hour late, but the food was good so I thought they deserved another chance- they didn't. Food was stone cold when it arrived and items were missing. Called to give feedback and was told by the manager that's the way it is. He was completely uninterested in a conversation, didn't offer an apology just blamed the third party and offered free chips (which I had in fact paid for). We will not be back

Brilliant store, guy at the counter was amazing and the burger was one of the best i’ve had in a long time. Definitely going back.

Oh my lord, THE best burger I’ve ever had! And the chips were amazing too - crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. Brioche bun was perfect - didn’t disintegrate like brioche buns can sometimes do. I had the Hot Buffalo Bird chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!

Food was delicious, Staff very accommodating and helpful. Such a great atmosphere, love the idea of the games in there to. Wil be back

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. There was a bit of a wait to pick up the phone order (30min) but definitely worth the wait.
Fries were amazing too!

I got a chicken burger it was not the warmest when i got it the chips were not bad with the sauce and i got a pepsi which was fine but i did have to wait over about 20 mins for a burger and chips but not bad at all.

Had some free time while we were around the area decided to give this place a try.absolutely did not disappoint staff was lovely and helpful, service was very efficient and our food came very quickly.definitely one of the best burgers i’ve had in a while, not to mention they even had tvs set up with nintendo to speed up the already quick wait.i think of myself as quite the chip connoisseur and these were by far the most delicious chippies i have ever eaten.was on the pricier side but gosh was it worth the money.definitely will be back next time we’re in the area.

Ordered the Cheeseburger Tuesday today which was only $7!

Got back to the office and tucked into what was one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever eaten. It was so juicy and delicious. The chips were also very tasty!

Keen to come back and try some of the other burgers.:)

U guys r normally great but i ordered a colonel burger today and it literally just came with chicken and cheese

Server had to check my order, which is lucky he did as cheff did not put an egg on my burger

Not happy at all.
1. The girl who takes orders doesn't listen and when she talks to you you can't even hear her.
2. I told her no ketchup and no BBQ sauce. Got home and surprise they put ketchup on my chips.
3. The girl charged us more money and when I told her obviously went to the guy don't know who was it maybe the guy in charge but that is not important so the guy came apologising for not refunding me money back on my card so i wasn't very impressed with that either as I wanted my money back on my card not cash. And we had to wait 30 minutes for our order for a burger and chips. So yeah not going there anymore. Not a good customer service.

Live in the area and have gotten takeaway so many times over the past few years - one of only a couple places on Beach Road that is consistently good. Can only speak for the Hot Chick + chips, which are always spot on, fried chicken is crispy and tasty. Orders are always ready lightning fast and staff are friendly.

What a great meal. Everything was just perfect. True American food. It Pleased everyone in my family even the fussy husband who likes to complain about takeaway just because he can. Not a complaint to be had. The FOH staff were friendly all with warm greetings and huge smiles.

This place is amazing, ordered 50 plus times here their weekly specials on the app are amazingly priced, their staff are always happy to go above and beyond. According to my app I've ordered here 54 times and of all those orders I've had 2 times where I wasn't completely stoked and they fixed everything up straight away. For the price and with the service there ain't a burger joint who can rival them for 30ks. Great job guys. Thanks Brodie.

Me and my mates came here. It was superb. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was amazing. My mates all got some chicken burgers and they loved it. This young lad had Great service. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely come again

OMG the chips were crusty on the outside and pillows within. The burger was left by Jesus and didn't see the joy, as they were in the cross.
I'd recommend this, if you like crispy chips, fast delivery and a Jesus burger.

I'm not religious, but I'll sign up for a bit to walk on the land Jesus did, eating this burger.

Definitely a place I’d go other and other again burgers are always perfect with great staff with amazing respect towards everyone

I struggled to enjoy the food here with vegan burger and chips for $22.50.
$2.50 for a bit of sauce that wasnt enough is a bit steep. I regretted not getting a drink because the patty was very dry and hard to swallow on what seemed like a wholemeal bun. Chips were okay but seemed like they'd been deep fried twice or something, very oily and dark in colour. Was not provided the napkins or table water. The best thing was the Nintendo 64 I could play while I waited for what seemed like a long time.
