My wife visited this shop 17/1/20 and was totally ignored because the local politician was being fussed over while he was looking at frames with his wife, which she felt was excessive. This went on for 20 minutes, while other customers were waiting as well.

Over the phone customer service has been appauling, very unreliable. Would not recommend
