Bunnings Woodville reviews
61It's the usual Bunnings Store Over Priced Untidy The Staff Don't Want to Help You, Hot Inside, No Stock.
I think this best bunnings of all time best support, service and the great experience such good snags as well
Called into Woodville to hire carpet cleaner all units not in service unable to say when they would become available not good for customer service
Wednesday 29 December 2021
8 units sitting on floor
The staff are unbelievable
Never ever do they approach you to see if they can help.
Well I don't need your advice just to be pointed in the right direction would be helpful.
Every Bunnings is the same.
The managers need to manager their staff.
Useless
I was in this store yesterday and was very lucky to be served by a lovely lady named Mel in the paint section. She went above and beyond to solve my problem and I can't thank her enough. Also a huge thankyou to Emma as well. It has been a long time since I have had such good service. Thankyou girls, you made my day.
After spending $80 in your store this morning I attempted to take 4 recycled boxes from the hundreds that you had available for reuse and was told by the box inspector behind the register in what seemed like I was being talked down to that I could only take two. I could understand if you maybe had limited boxes left but the fact that it was overflowing with boxes is a disgrace. Why would stop a paying customer from recycling in 2021? What do you want us to do Bunnings? Buy your overpriced boxes and not recycle? I’ll mention that even the guy standing behind me in line said he couldn’t believe you stopped me from recycling. I’ll just go to mitre 10 from now on because they care about recycling and don’t talk down to paying customers.
Spent half a hour waiting at enquiry desk for help with a lighting question, for the girl to say "no one is responding to my request for help".
I walked out with my money still in my pocket.
The Covid Marshall working in the Cafe served three persons NOT wearing masks in the time I was there. This is a worry for those of us for whom getting Covid is possibly a death sentence
!
Staff were more interested in chatting than helping customers. Many customers and staff were not compliant with wearing their masks correctly. Very disappointing considering the Omnicron outbreak. Will not be returning there.
The staff at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always striving to help in any way possible. They happily stop what they are doing to answer questions and give directions with a smile. Particular shoutout to Breanna in the cafe who cheerily greeted customers, by name if they were regulars, (and knew their coffee preferences!). She had a wide smile and friendly chat for every customer who came by while I was there, in turn putting a smile on their faces. Such a lovely shopping experience in the chaos of pre Christmas shopping.
They have always been helpful when I have gone there. There is a pretty good indoor playground for the kids while you go and look for items
Didn't realise a chain store that imports cheap rubbish from China are also now a pop up health clinic handing out useless clot shots. Not supporting any worthless company who are ok with medical segregation and blatant bias. Gross
Lots of stuff, especially water filter parts, ' John guest ' quick join, release fittings,
Pretty good
Noticed a staff member with blue hair cleaning work surfaces when there weren't customers around, good covid safe stuff:)
Really LOVED this Bunnings! Friendly Staff, Happy Vibe and Very Welcoming! Good Specials and Like the Opening Hours!
It's a busy store.so a little hard to find a staff member that's free. When you do, they are very helpful.
One of the better bunnings. Staff don't hide here. If you need help you can usually get it.
It's a Bunnings, so once you're over the fact, the experience is fairly pain free. Returning items doesn't seem to take as long as in other stores, maybe they have more staff rostered at the Information Desk? Don't expect any out-of-the-ordinary items, everything is strictly limited to their preferred suppliers. Having said that, most projects or problems can be tackled with their supply.
I placed a Special order for a Blanco sink online on October 4th with expected delivery time being two weeks. I didn’t hear anything, so I called Woodville Bunnings about 3 weeks later and informed because it was a special order placed online, Bunnings employees were not notified but that someone will contact the supplier for an update.
On 23rd October, I received a text from a Woodville employee saying the Blanco sink was going to be expected to be delivered ealy-mid December.
I then rung Woodville bunnings on Tuesday 9th November and asked if I could order a Mondella sink, the girl of whose name I did not get, said shed contact the new supplier. She rang back and told me that she had spoken to Mondella but the “computer wasn’t working” so Mondella couldn’t check stock levels and that she would sent the suppliers an email, and let me know. I heard nothing.
I then rang bunnings on Friday 12th November and requested to speak to the special order section. After being on hold I got passed from person to person to be told “our department doesn’t deal with this”. However, a lovely lady who took my call. I told her my story and after calling me back, she informed me, “the supplier isn’t answering, but Ill send them an email and get back to you”.
Which brings us to today, my partner rang Woodville Bunnings again and told no email had been sent and the Mondella sink would take 2-3 which brings us to the 1st of December. A sink that should have taken 14 days to be delivered has taken now 6 weeks (granted I am understanding of covid impacting suppliers, but i am not understanding of employees promising a service when they can not.
I will be asking for a significant discount of the sink we have paid for or going else where to compensate for the inconvenience this has caused.
I begin to like Bunnings since I became mum to many plants, before it was only get in and get out store. In ‘Port Road’ Bunnings, at the outside plant section, there is working very sad man. He tried to make my customer life harder few times, so watch out for him and don’t get discouraged. I’m not a psychologist but to my heart this man has very miserable life and for some reason he can’t help himself, I’m not taking his misery on me, but I try to avoid him for any cost.
The rest of the staff in Bunnings (any section) they are like … they got paid for smiling, they are always very helpful if I ask questions. I’m giving Bunnings on Port Road 5 stars because one sad man can’t put down the whole team.
