Bunnings Windsor Gardens

The Bunnings store here use to be small but now it's one of the largest in the state thanks to a $47 million reconstruction which was completed and reopened in November, 2017. It's now fantastic. Parking available in the shade below the building. There's an entire section upstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is now so big, your biggest problem is knowing where to look for items. The variety of items is so great that I almost always suffer from analysis paralysis. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to do handyman stuff around the house/property. Probably the only drawback is the access for parking and exit which results in cars banked up at the intersection of North-east road.

Not very often it happens when i visit specialists departments and shop assistant gives you very professional advice.

Originally gave this place 5 stars back in the day, now I bloody hate coming here. This Bunnings honestly has the rudest, most self absorbed and incompetent staff I've ever come across. I'm not talking about the older staff members here either.

Always has stock, wide variety. Location (North east road) isn't great for accessibility but that can't be helped

One of the better bunnings, still hard to find help when needed but overall they are provide better service and have a better layout and clear isles unlike mile end and kent town.

Pretty good, back when I was a wee lad I used to lay some pipe here. Back in 2013 I hit and killed a pedestrian in my car and never went to jail for it.

Too big not enough trained staff asked for items we needed and were sent all over store by different staff members item wanted not in store 3rd bunnings we had visited for same item none in stock in any of the stores

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy. I needed to have a Ryobi part replaced under warranty so I approached the returns desk and was served quite promptly. I was advised to select the replacement part and return to finalise the transaction. There were 2 customer service staff attending and both were serving customers. I was next in line and had to wait about 25 minutes before I was served. I had no issue with the staff member as she was polite and finalised the transaction promptly but I would recommend that management look at their staffing levels during busy times. It certainly was not enough during my visit but congratulate the staff member for handling the pressure calmly and courteously.

Handicapped parking is available with easy access to the shop. It was easy and quick to get staff help with both the plants and the gardening tools.

Spent 40 minutes look in place I was sent, only to be told had been sent to wrong area so I went back down stairs to different sections to find NO STOCK.
This is second time I have visited this store and will be my last.
If you're staff don't know or want to help your customers find items how do you expect customer to return.
DISGUSTING lack of service

Easy to approach location, a little-bit tight at the tradie area to park and pickup. Helpful staff however I miss the people worked there before with their better knowledge and broader experience transitioned to a younger generation obviously lacking of that skill-set, meaning you have to do the research yourself because you can't expect the staff able to answer questions.

Such a poor service. We have been waiting there for 20 mins but nobody came. When asked the guy, he replied that we have other customers to serve. Like seriously…! Won’t come back to this bunnings!

Great store, got pretty much whaat you need, well priced, some staff members could do with customer service training though.

I like Bunnings Windsor Gardens they have almost everything. ️. But the service I received in Bunnings today has convinced me to change my review. Lazy staff there was a group of staff standing around gossiping. I asked one of them for some assistance and she rolled her eyes back in her head like it was a big effort to do her job. And pointed to where I had to go. Instead of doing her job and showing me where it is. And at the checkout trying to charge me again for something I had already paid for. And making me produce the receipt to provide I had paid for it. I found this very insulting. This is why they only get one star from me instead of 5?

Useless waited for 17 mins for help.never arrived didnt not care at all and rude. Told me to go to another store

Fabulous range of products, very helpful friendly staff who know their products! Always a great start for any project inside or out, beginner to professional. Great prices to boot! Thankyou.

A fantastic store, split over two levels. A massive range of hardware with pretty awesome staff to assist.
As with most Bunnings stores, can get very hectic, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Hugh site. Coffee & food - enjoyed. Place is great for browsing, & if you just want to look & not buy.
