Bunnings Seaford

I've never experienced a worker so dedicated & helpful towards a customer/dad.workers name JORDAN, tats on his arm's. I had my 2 daughters with me, while my misses was at work.they were just being kids acting silly & struggling to grab what was needed for a job site then to unload my truck of timber to be cut to size to help me out. In 20 years of me going to bunnings, I have never had dedicated worker that's actually willing to help & very knowledge able.he is someone who I would employ myself being a business man.bunnings you have a very valuable employer. I am the owner of pinnacle concrete constructions.if I had a chance I'd take him from your company.

Went looking for specific product, before it dissapears. Found then cheaper at both Rd eynella and Christies. Purchased them at those stores.

Staff were awesome, door lady was nice to exchange with, massive store, however, only fault.no one to run the paint booth.

Nick and Mark in the paint department were very helpful. We were trying to match an old colour which as it turned out was near impossible as the original paint was tinted into the incorrect base (I didn't realise this til after.the label on the can said 'Natural white' but it was actually a can of 'Antique White USA') but it ended well and we like the colour better. Only downside is that now we prob have to paint the whole house.yay.

I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. Friendly staff on the checkout and the entrance. It took me no time at all to complete my purchase. It took me a few moments to orientate myself to a slightly different layout.

Check the website for the items you want before going, this Bunnings doesn't stock everything.

The staff that served us, were very polite, and helpful, the only disappointment was the special orders counter, no staff, then a lengthy wait, for assistance

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about products and how to use. Range is fairly good, and they can look up expected deliveries for anything out of stock

Everything you expect from a Bunnings store. Comprehensive range, good prices, friendly and positive service.

The shop is good but the worker women from the plant were talking to much than working and was very slow they love to talk dont care about customer was waiting to pay.many time i saw how they work

The staff at the seaford bunnings are so much more helpful and friendly then the ones at norlunga bunnings which i used to goto for several years as that was the closest one to me but noe i have moved i noticed the difference keep up the good work people its a much more enjoyable experience shopping at seaford

Horrible at operating a phone seems no one knows how to pick phone up and when they do they transfer to section I was after and no one picked up. Tried calling several times

Bad customer service.
Waited for over 10 mins for assistance in the garden fertilizers and no help was provided. Even after they put 2 calls over the intercom.

Once again, go looking for a product - out of stock (in soil pH tester) Swinging sprinkler - no prices. Staff are always polite and helpful. I have in the past resolved to stop going into this store but circumstances see me forced back there. Please don't contact me site manager, just please try to understand the disappointment that customers have to put up with. How about a search screen at the entrance enabling us to check for product before going inside? Ah but then we wouldn't be tempted to buy other items we didn't especially intend to buy! ⁸

Great place if you need customer service. The range isn't as big as some of the other Bunnings, but all the staff here are helpful.

I was served by the most rude lady who to three steps back from me because I hold a mask exemption.

I recently purchased a Kaboodle kitchen and Nick was fantastic. I went in armed with my plan layout and instead of being told to go back home and fill in the order book with everything that I would need (inc hinges etc which I was advised to do from another store) he went above and beyond to advise what I would need, how many I would need and was so friendly and polite. If you ever need Kaboodle kitchen advice he is the gentleman to seek out! Brilliant customer service, always had a smile and made my day so much easier!
