Thankyou so much to Milan today for his wonderful customer service and help. He was thorough, great knowledge of the BBQ item we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. What a wonderful shopping experience. Thankyou Milan!:)

Awful and judgemental management. It seems that only useless old people who look like they should retire work here. Miserable store.

Bought a blind and cut it to size then realised no fittings were included? I wanted a refund but they refused. Not my issue and they should refund my money. They are more than happy to take your money but when something goes wrong forget about getting any help. I don't want cheap fittings. I am angry about this as I spent ages on this stupid blind (all because they don't stock the size I wanted). Now they won't give my money back. Well I won't be back. Don't sell dodgy items then refuse to help the customer!

You can always find what you need in Bunnings Reynella, plenty of parking, easy access, disability parking, lovely gardening area.

Went there to get an extension attachment for K2 Karcher pressure washer and also a cleaning solution for cleaning my pavers.
Found both items and reasonably priced. I did ask how to get the solution and was told just place the tube from machine into bottle.

Went home and did exactly that, but it didn't seem to work. Did a u tube check and read instructions on the bottle. In short, I found a variable speed attachment that comes with the unit. Put on the attachment setting it low. It finally worked. This was not explained by the person who I asked advice from.

Then I had to go to another location to get the extension attachment. That really worked out well as otherwise lots of bending over. Why is that not added in the first place, we're not all 5 feet tall

Was able to easily park my car.
Easily found the electrical gear that I wanted and the payments area was well staffed so the queue quickly moved

Nice store nice staff but the online stock system is rubbish.
Website says it's in stock but no location staff say it's in stock but no location so where is it no one knows staff says it a promotion must be in the isle's so let's walk the store up and down and still can't locate it poor service

Typical Bunnings layout but well stocked, friendly staff and the young barista in the cafe makes a good coffee. Cafe also has a couple of charging points for phones and devices

Best Bunnings down south by far! Pitty all Bunnings can't keep their shelves stocked like Reynella does

Well not so satisfactory this visit. Short on time, I rushed in for an obscure item - metal 'pegs' for a peg board (for securing tools). Having no idea where to start, so approached a staff member. Was directed to aisle 42. Could not locate item in my limited time so asked another worker. Aisle 7. No. Asked another, aisle 43.
I picked up a dollar bucket and paid. I then asked a helpful young lady on the register about the item. She looked it up quite comprehensively. Sorry she said it looks like we don't stock that item. Also one of the people a woman with ong red hair could hardly be bothered to look at me when I queried her during my search. Customer service,? Needs a tweak. Thank you

Click and collect so easy to use. Just call the number on the wall and they bring it out to the car

Haven't been able to get what I want for 12 months now. Seems that every time I go In they have less pesticides. Sick of the lack of supply chain excuse. They should have enough clout to get what people want. I'm not the only one either.

The big angry girl on the trade disk has the worst attitude and customer service try to avoid her.

Clean. Well organised. They stock everything you could possibly need for the home. Easy to park and exit.

This Bunnings is by far the friendliest bunch of all of them. I will drive past the Marion Bunnings and go to this one.

Better stock and better staff. Win win!
