Bunnings Mile End reviews
52We went there for their baroque sausage sizzle outside the entrance. We had no need to buy anything, but we did get a cardboard box, which were for free, so we had our sausages in bread, got the box, and left.
The worst bunnings in the state. Staff see you and run and hide, asked a worker to look for a product that their system states they had 8 of, his response was no we don't have any and im not looking, had no intention to help me. Store always has pallets of stock in the walk ways blocking acce and is generally untidy.
A big thanks to the lovely Lucy at theTrade Desk for all her assistance with hiring a van this morning. She made it easy & seamless & was a darling to deal with - super efficient. I’ll definitely recommend van/ute hire at Bunnings
Bunnings is a great store, a "One Stop Shop" kinda place. The type of place you visit to buy irrigation suppmies for your gsrden but donehow purchase other great items along the way. There are so many items, various categories for people renovating inside and outside their homes, painters, gardeners - so many categories all the way to craft supplies for the younger shoppers. How wonderful for the younger shoppers to buy a kit to make an insect house to hang outside, encouraging the bees in your back yard or outside area, however big or small. Tools, lighting, kitchen renovations and a great range of outdoor furniture are available too. The garden supplies from pots, plants, pavers and soil are endless. The staff are always helpful and there are plenty of staff available to direct you when you are looking for the items on your list. Don't forget the sausage sizzle which wonderful volunteers sell at the entrance, often a Rotary Club is volunteering and they raise money for various charities.
It was good to see all staff adhering to Covid guidelines, sadly something I haven't seen in some places I have been.
There are several 'Disability' parks right outside the entrance as well as some in other parking sections. Trolleys are large enough to carry all your purchases but not too difficult to maneuver around the large warehouse type store. Just be aware of displays in the aisles or at the end if you have mobility concerns, using a wheelchair or walker. If you have children with you keep a close eye on them as there are a couple of obstacles as well as shoppers carrying their purchases.
Bunnings is a wonderful store where I always manage to leave with exciting purchases I hadn't planned to buy. Surely everyone needs to grow coriander. Well, almost everyone.
Bought an item today online. Website showed the item in stock (not low in stock). I placed the order and paid. Received the order confirmation email. Latter in the noon I received SMS saying item is not in stock and hence cancelling the order!
Really bad, lost the trust with #Bunnings online shopping. This is not expected to happen from a customer side to cancel the order after confirmation.
The funniest thing is sending SMS in afternoon 2.30 by saying Good Morning (check attached screenshot). I'm well aware of the time, please don't try to fool customers. I placed the order in morning. But it looks like you looked at the shelves to pick item only in afternoon.
I had a faulty paint sprayer, failed within 12 months, Bunnings cheerfully replaced. Great service, cheers
Rude and unprofessional staff trying to gaslight me on returns.
Purchased a flat pack garden bed that was on clearance and had been re-taped, got home and it was missing vital parts, went to return it and the same lady I purchased it off is at the returns counter "Laurie". I put my receipt on the counter first thing, point to the garden bed and say this is missing items I need to return it.
She calls over another staff member to take me to pick up replacements, when I get back "Laurie" asks me for the receipt that I gave her first thing, which she claims never happened and no receipt has been provided.
After adamantly refusing to believe that she took and lost the receipt or progress my return at all, she called over more competent staff members to reprint my lost receipt and process my return.
Poor form, very unprofessional, very rude.
I visited so many Bunnings stores and they are all great. The staff are super helpful. This is no exception.
Sometimes the till staff need to improve their customer service and person to person skills, but generally a good experience.
Brilliant, great service, helpful staff, great lady in the gardening center, pay there and just walk out, no lining up
It's like a supermarket
There room for everyone, which is good. Staff there are very nice and helpful.
Super friendly staff, e-waste charity collection makes me very happy too. Would recommend to a friend.
I've found that asking people in Bunnings for help these days is fairly disheartening.
After asking 2 staff and almost giving up due to clear disinterest in their jobs and helping people, I tried one last time.
Craig was pleased to help and found a solution pretty quickly for the task I had to complete today.
Thank you Craig.
On this occasion there was a good range of product that I was looking for. Completed my purchase with a minimum of fuss.
Lookin for a particular power tool and the young female on duty was amazingly helpful. Best service i have ever had at any bunnings.
Burnings Mile end is worth it the visit. They all have sorts of stuff: home improvement, outdoor and indoor living product at a very affordable and competitive prices.
I love their garden section here, so much to find and buy.
This is my favorite shopping spot, i can stay here the whole day;)
Good service from the staff. We were trying to track down an item. Marion, Seaford and Mile End all had the item listed, but none of them could find it, (even though their computers said they had them) After visiting all 3 stores, Mile End came up trumps.
Big bunnings, great staff. Very professional and took the time to point me in the right direction for correct timber I needed.
I was unable to purchase what I wanted as staff had the two isles blocked off where I wanted to go. They appeared to be mucking around in the shelves so I could not work out why entry was denied. Luckily Mitre10 had what I wanted. Saved my day.
Massive complex. Could spend a week there and not see everything. I got what I went there for and prices were reasonable. Also appreciate that Bunnings have bins outside to dispose of old electronic goods, so much better than putting them in our household waste bins.
This bunnings has a good range of stock, more so than some other stores. Staff were pleasant and there was even a sausage sizzle out the front on a Monday, winning. Mile end also have the alfresco outdoor kitchen set up which only a few select stores have. Definitely worth a look if you're looking at setting up for the summer, certainly a great product and range to mix and match to suit your style or needs.
