The best place to buy seedlings that survive. Healthy plants and a good range. Everything you can think of is in this store and staff are always helpful.

Very bad customer service from an assistant manager. Arguing and rude over a return item that's guaranteed for life because I mislaide the receipt? I have taken this matter higher but it seems I am unable to get an apology from the perpetrator himself or any evidence he has been repremanded, so until I do, I shall be avoiding this Bunnings store. Fortunately we are not short of a replacement as they are everywhere, this could well be a lesson to them to appreciate the customers they have if others feel the same and vote with their feet.

Awesome but slow staff with only one counter open and lots of impatient tradies.

Can't spare the profits to wack a few extra staff on eh?

When I asked why the self service tills weren’t open, I was told the staff member was on a break.
Once again customer service as to be expected from a company with what amounts to a monopoly
I just wish there was an alternative

Staff at “service” desk are surly and unhelpful at the best of times but when challenged (overcharged) they are downright rude. Kristy, get a job stacking selves.

Bunnings is a favorite place to go of mine. Staff are always helpful and friendly. On a Sat&Sunday it is always busy but plenty of parking, on the same site as Westfield Marion.

Just like the usual bunnings ya know.in and out quick, alwyas beatig em by 10% cheap and affordable.

Will have what you need most of the time, Can use the website to find bay and aisle locations of items, Team members are tough to find when help is needed. Overall, the standard Bunnings experience.

Car parking situation isn't ideal, but not much can be done about this, just have to make do with it.

Seems a bit understaffed. Also I often find that something I need is out of stock. Ive even had where the staff couldnt find an item which they knew they had.

Lowest prices are just the beginning at this big green shed. Team members are helpful and amazingly friendly, especially the garden and leisure team. Would recommend. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. If i ever get married again, I'm honeymooning here.

I have just had a great purshasing experience - via the Special Orders Counter. I ordered a large MDF board, it arrived as promised within 14 days and as requested it was cut to perfection. I am highly impressed with Bunnings' service - efficient, friendly and timely. Megan deserves a medal, she did a wonderful job. Thank you to all the team at Bunnings.

Bunnings Australia could save a fortune by shutting this store down. Whoever manages stock levels needs the boot. Web site shows stock but none when you get there. Sick of wasting my time going to this store

Bunning teams are friendly and helpful. Big and spacious store and sells almost everything for DIY projects, hardwares, garden and plants, cupboards and a lot more. You will enjoy even if you are just browsing in there.

A huge store but they have everything. I found exactly what I wanted cheaper than on line. Lots of parking.

Super efficient and helpful staff and a huge range of products.
Garden section is well stocked.

I went to bunnings and I found that they stock hammers and saws and nails and sausages.

Always manage to get what you want at Bunnings. Staff friendly and helpful. They have someone checking QR codes on the door which is good

Trade manager Julie is a disgrace. Openly boasted about selling drugs and offered me a discount if I paid cash and didn’t want a receipt.

Love Bunnings, need my dedicated Ryobi sections back tho, Ryobi is spread out over 2 whole aisles now, I can see why business wise but I prefer to shop by brand not product
