Had the absolute pleasure of talking to/meeting one of the staff members, Steve today (4th November 2023) around 2pm! Fantastic customer service and great knowledge of Bonsai trees.
Steve was really helpful and explained in great detail each product that he recommended and answered all my enquiries.
10/10 would recommend!

Or they'll source exclusive variants of everything from manufacturers to ensure that no one else carries identical stock and they don't have to price match.

Only get 3 stars because of the help I received from the second team member after the first one asked me if I could read! Otherwise would get 0 stars

After today's experience with their so called security staff I will not be shopping there ever again. I had my bags checked instore upon buying an item at the self-checkout, happily presented my bag to the Bunnings welcoming staff member at the entrance/exit all fine. Than two plain clothed so-called 'security staff harassed' me as I was heading to the bus stop not once but twice accusing me of stealing items. First time they had no ID I was not going to open my bag to two people claiming to be 'security staff' with no ID, looked like they were from 'Housos, ' 2nd time the so-called security staff whilst the bus was nearing id was produced by the young one and it wasn't his it was his co-workers id who didn't speak English I gather. Asked where his was he said in his car. Professionalism at the best, NOT! Whilst on the bus heading home I spoke to the Manager and she said they were hired by Bunnings. Surely Bunnings could afford to hire more professional 'security staff. ' Absolutely disgusted by today's performance. The young one who didn't show any Security ID what so ever was threatening and demanding too, disgusting people skills. I was not going to open my bag out on the street by unknown people calling themselves security with no ID

Best Bunnings yet. Huge range of products, huge range of plants & pots, and hugely convenient undercroft parking.

Undercover parking. Great during summer. Still looking nice and new and neat. Staff are friendly and helpful as always.

Sam at Edwards Town bunnings was amazing. She helped me. I was told by another bunning that eddy had what I wanted. When they didn't, she sorted it out. And price matched a more expensive product.

Her name is Jo and she is everything that sales people used to be - helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After getting short shrift from the Trades desk I approached the Special Orders desk a little bit on the grumpy side. Jo said hello, made eye contact and smiled like she meant it. That was refreshing and it lifted me into a better space. She then proceeded to go above and beyond duty with tracking down an item for me, making direct contact with the supplier and then arranging an express delivery. It was so lovely to be looked after like that.
Jo epitomises excellence in customer service. I hope Bunnings are paying her what she's worth.

Great service and range of products! Was a bit understaffed at the checkout but whos not these days!

I love Bunnings. It is a great store for any DIY projects you may wish to do as well as tools for the trades and all at very reasonable prices. The staff at this particular store are on the ball and will ask if you need any assistance when they see you. The I don't skulk away if they see you in an isle.

Stock is not in correct spots and staff have lost interest. Would notneven check other stores stock
