We have done 2 inspections done by this company. The first inspection looked fine as the inspector found multiple defects but it was an old property we don't really know how well that inspection was because we pulled out of the contract and did not proceed with the purchase. But for the 2nd property they did an inspection and said there was no defects and in the inspectors own words he said that it was one of the best workmanship he has seen in a while and considering we used them we trusted them and believed them because it was a brand new property. After purchasing the property we found multiple structural defects and there some some major defects found on the skirts of the dining area, near the door to the garage, near the door to the guest bathroom and a huge crack on the skirts of the living room. I have the report that says no defects written all over the skirts section. We based it all on the pre purchase building inspection and purchased the property and now we are stuck with all these defects and it will potentially cost us thousands of dollars to fix them. I should have never beleieved their good reviews because they offer everything $30 credit to give good reveiws and I fell for that trap because they gave me the credit but charged me $100 more than the first inspection and on top the first inspection had 2 services one was pre purchase inspection and the other was termite inspection and for the 2nd property inspection they charged me $100 more for only building inspection but gave us all the wrong information. Please be aware before using them and do not be fooled by their good reviews because they paid everyone for this good review. I will seek further legal advice because it's no joke that we purchased a property for almost $600k based on what they have said.

Absolutely brilliant customer service and really good value. I phoned in the morning, they had the building and asbestos tests back to me by the afternoon of the following day (asbestos samples had to be sent to a special facility for testing). The estate agent said the inspector was extremely thorough, he spent around 2 hours looking at the 2-bed town house I was wanting to buy. The cost of the asbestos test was far less than other places I looked at. Customer service was really great, very accommodating of my need for a test at short notice. Highly recommended and I'll be using them again.
