Honestly I don't know why I use building and pest inspectors, not worth the electrons the use to send them. So many issues with property not reported, drainage, gutters, retaining wall, services location, Illegal structures not detailed and only discovered through my own investigation, the only worthwhile thing as it reduced the price, not enough to cover costs to rectify the issues and gain approval. Find some one else or do it yourself and save the money.
