I come to this store for all my BAB needs! All the staff are so accomodating and sweet, even as an adult I can feel the magic. There have been times where the store is packed with collectors but they make sure to do the heart ceremony for everyone if they ask and it is very appreciated. Thank you!

I Just Got Ripped Off At Build A Bear
Customer service was Great and very helpful, Product promotion was spend $40 and receive a $10 gift voucher, So therefor I spent more than I originally budgeted, when I then come to pay for goods at cashier my total was $180 for 2 bears, I’m then provided with 3 vouchers instead of my anticipated 4,3 vouchers is for somebody who spends $120. I questioned the cashier who sadly advised “This promotion is sadly capped at 3 per customer by head office. ” I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE HEAD OFFICE THAT IF I PAY FOR THEM SEPARATELY I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN 2 VOUCHERS PER PERSON/TRANSACTION AND FUTHER MORE ITS FALSE ADVERTISING AND SHADY PRACTICE TO EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO RETURN TO YOUR STORES DUE TO RIPPING THEM OFF OVER A $10 VOUCHER THEY HAD RIGHTFULLY EARNED. I WOULD MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME IN RELATION TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL MARKETING PRACTICES.

I did an online order for the 25th anniversary build a bear toothless, having social anxiety and being in a wheelchair doing an online order was best suited for me. Annette was wonderful when I called and was more than happy to help me get my build a bear and did an amazing job of stuffing him and added everything I asked for voice recording, saddle and birth certificate. This has been my first experience with build a bear and it's been amazing. Annette's customer service was exceptional and got him sent as soon as she could, he arrived within 1 business day and I've never been happier. I will definitely order again when there's another build a bear I love. Thank you so much Annette you did a fantastic job and I'm very grateful for your help.

Pretty good, my girlfriend is happy now. Not sure why my mum never let me in there as a kid, it's not that expensive.

TTP Build a Bear is the safest, happiest place in the whole mall. The staff are an absolute delight, always happy to help and give recommendations. They are so kind and patient and make the BABW experience extra special. I don’t just come back for new stuffed animals and new clothes for them, but I always know I’ll leave smiling with a new pep in my step. Thanks build a bear TTP <3

Came in with a friend and her children. All staff were super friendly, caring and really happy to help. Bulid-a-bear is honestly the most magical place ever and the staff contribute and uphold that magic to a set standard!
10/10 ill recommend to absolutely anybody!

Brilliant! Our granddaughter got a rainbow bear with a heart and a birth certificate the staff member was perfect at her job

Kids had fun, helpful and friendly staff, they were quite busy when we went it but staff were doing their best to keep everyone engaged. We've been twice, definitely a better experience when they're not so busy, kids very happy with their bears.

It was great the girl who served me was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend going there for a unique gift of a bear.

Got a rainbow dash stuff toy for my daughter today, she loved going through the whole process. The lady was lovely, very polite and friendly.

I visited the store around 10am today (thursday) and there were only 2 other people in the store at that time. The attendant was very pleasant and helpful. She welcomed me when i entered and acknowledged my wait while she was serving the other couple. She talked me through what was available and the prices and how the build a bear workshop works. Unfortunately i havent remembered her name to give her kudos for good service.

Very expensive and its really hard on the little children even harder on the parents when they cant afford it wish it was alot cheaper the girls are lovely though good with the children

I love this build a bear store so much! My children have so many build a bear, bears. They love them. The scents are SO good and so strong it's amazing. They last a very long time. The heart beat you can add makes it even more fun! And the sounds you can add in are cool too.i really want to try out the record your own voice one next.
Clothes and costumes for your best are a must too. Staff are always so eager to help and give you ideas of what you could choose if your stuck on ideas

Great for children wanting a cuddly toy and then selecting what they want. Then the children can assisst in stuffing the toy and also have the option adding a voice box and a heart.
The sales lady was excellent and involves the children in the making of the toy.
Many toys a recognisable as characters from childrens tv shows.
The store is well laid out making access for strollers and prams easy

2 of my grandchildren were given build a bear gifts from visiting relatives. How it works is you choose from a variety of teddies which are fully dressed in custom clothes.
Then the fun starts your bear is a flat body which is then filled and can have all sorts of accessories added to it including a beating heart. There are many different outfits to choose from to dress your bear. Whether you choose your favourite sports team or character from tv or movie. Not a cheap exercise but great fun for any one that loves teddies and other cuddly toys.

Kids love building there own bear. Only problems it can get expensive fast make sure you check the labels on extra clothes for your bear.
