Bubbles car wash and cafe

Hey guys. Can you guys please next time wash the car with ethics and conscience. I work really hard to buy this one. After having you wash, i brought home and found this. I dont care about this because it is minor. I felt angry coz i paid 75$ and here is what i got. I will never come here again. Now i knew why the car washer looked a litte bit panic when he saw me get the car.

Good prices. Awesome staff. They did a heck of a job removing the dog hair.
However, I have to knock off 1 star.

On this trip, the back window on the inside wasn't cleaned, still had dog smooches all over. Also some spots missed outside as well as inside.
I wiped the interior with 303, including the rubber seals on all doors, and cleaned the back window.
I used to get the car back cleaned in showroom quality, they missed the spot this time. None the less, I will be back. See how it goes.

Terrible job, I wouldn't recommend them to someone I hate. Had to ask 3 times to wash missed areas.

I have been coming here for years, however, they have gone from being fantastic to very average, so today is last time I use them. It’s a Friday morning have been here for over 1 hour and they have just started washing, so I’m guessing at least another 30 minutes before being finished. Seems not enough staff to cater for demand

I have needed to get my car detailed which is a small hatchback, I simply needed vacuuming the floors, wiping down and the outside cleaned (not a large task in my eyes).
I firstly called this place and the lady said the cost would be $55 for this, I was happy with this price so I drove down.

Firstly as I got there, the guy quoted me $130 for my car because apparently the inside was dirty and needed further wipe down the middle section between the 2 front seats (I have attached pics of the current state). I didn’t think people detailed their car when it was clean but fair enough. I raised with him that he didn’t have to clean the middle section and that is just be happy with a vacuum and wipe over as there weren’t any others stains or cleaning that needed to happen.
He replied begrudgingly that $55 would only cover the vacuum, and outside the car (this is not what is advertised for their $55 - which also says it includes ‘windows and interior dusted’)
As primarily the concern for me was the vacuuming needed to be done in the car that I just don’t have the time for. So I consented, even though I didn’t understand or agree to them saying they would provide half of the services that they were advertising.

This already seemed unprofessional and dodgey. But I was in need as I need my car for work to transport clients, I work Monday- Friday and today was Sunday so I thought I’d just pay it.
I asked how long it would take, I was told 45 mins

These people did not take down my number.

And I left to be picked up by my partner.

When I came back after 45 mins, I came to the car not being cleaned. THEN I was told that they didn’t have my keys. I was then blamed for not leaving my keys and being informed that ‘how could they clean it if I hadn’t left my keys.

I was appalled as this is common sense and courtesy for the business (if they were professional) to ask for your number and of course the car keys.
I was in shock and frustrated that I spent the last hour waiting to come back to my car in the same state it was in and the excuse being that they blamed me for not having left my keys.
I was faced with rudeness by the staff and manager of this third class company for putting the blame on my when in the real world as a professional company the first things you should be doing is asking for a number (so that they can contact you when the car is needed to be picked up) and obviously to ask for your car keys.

I was then informed by the manager that they refused to clean my car, I’m sorry, let me get this straight- was I the one that hadn’t asked for the car keys, why is the onus being placed on the customer.
I don’t know what country we are living in but this is not something I’m familiar with in Australia.

Frankly after this experience I will never be returning to this third class car ‘detailing and wash service’ because from the beginning I got a whiff that they were dodgy and I should have trusted that intuition and left when they tried to charge me more than the state that my car was in.
I tried to call up the manager expressing my concerns and experience of what had happened and his response was extremely rude and I was met with unprofessional attitude as he stated in response to his staff not asking for my car keys “it goes both ways”, shockingly ridiculous.

As a business owner myself, I will be making my experience known and informing my network of people, but for the rest of the Adelaidean community I warn you that the low prices at this service is not worth the hassle or joke of a service you will get as the customer.
If I could have rated this service as nil, I would have done so.

Dreadful car cleaning, dash board left dusty and not cleaned windscreen water smeared.
In all bad bad bad! Shall not use again.

Car had streaks. Inside windscreen smears. Boot still had grass particles.
Ordered a coffee took 20 minutes when I got it it was cold. Advised the young lady behind counter, no apology or acknowledgement.

Should be mindful of time as time is money and if you say 2 hrs let's not make it 3hrs
People do have other commitments in regards to earning income for themselves and companies have a right for the same reason to be cost effective.

Paid the $85. Usually one of the best car wash in town but this week just not quite up to usual standard. Door jams not done at rear and vacuum at 80%, front windscreen clean but streaky. Could be just a once off, but.

Fast service, safe a lot of time, nice waiting area but not clean enough, the result does not match with the selected option and price. Some spots should be cleaned better.

Two years ago I wrote the above review. Since then I had our cars washed on number of occasions. Unfortunately the quality of service gotten worse to the extent that I won't be taking my or my wife's car there for washing and would not recommend Bubbles any more. I am not sure if the ownership changed, but the present staff does not seem to pay any attention to details. On my previous visit the bottom part of the tailgate spoiler was not touched and left dirty. On my last visit both back door seals were not cleaned at all. When I pointed it out to one of the staff he called another person who gave me "the look", but wiped it with a cloth. The place was not busy on this occasion.

Good service, acceptable price and comfortable waiting room with TV, papers & magazines. Didn't buy a coffee but looked OK with a small selection of cakes.

Staff cleaned my car to 100% satisfaction. I had bugs on the front from a country trip and they made sure ever single one was removed. The interior was a little dirty and after it looked brand new again.

The new car scent just made it perfect.

I can't recommend the staff at bubbles enough!

It was quick but not as good as before. Ppl were cleaning very roughly, still found it dirty somewhere in or on the car, spider webs are still on the side mirrors cant u believe it: (made my back storage area very messy and didnt fix back. Will def go somewhere else next time.

LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. The outside was clean, but the inside was mediocre. Even after redoing the job, it was still below par. Not worth the price and time. Overly sprayed the inside leaving a cloud of smoke to make it look 'clean and shiny'.

For 85$ I would have expected a better job. Feels like they pick and choose who's car gets a proper clean and clearly they didn't take me seriously. They didn't clean the boot, not even a vaccum, nothing. They also did a pretty average job on the seats, heaps of obvious spots just ignored.

They did a good job on the outside and the windows look great, so not all bad, but considering what I paid I really don't recommend this place.

I would not recommend this business because they did a 'mediocro' job to my SUV. I paid $85 to get a superior clean.the result was quite disappointing, wheel rims were not cleanned and there was bugs left on the front bumper.
Besides, I waited over 20 minutes for the coffee in the cafe.apparently the girl at the bar forgot my order. Not a every pleasant experience at all.

Expensive. There was still dirt on my car and inside wasn’t cleaned properly, some dirt marks outside as well, not happy
