My daughter and I swing past this Bakery every Thursday after School. Great friendly service, freshly baked food and highly recommend it to others, especially the King Island Pie.

This place has the best donuts! The best! Always super fresh. The bread and scrolls are also amazing. Not like your average Brumbys store.the products here are really really good and the Baker does an amazing job.

The spinach rolls are to die for and don't get me started on the caramel slice. The owners are very nice too.

A personal comment was made about my 13 year old son who is 6ft 2 and has challenges keeping weight on this morning by a older lady serving at the counter. The comment was rude, insensitive to a young man eho became really embarassed and extremely inappropriate. We will never come back here again.

The people here were extremely nice and their service was highly appreciated. They accommodated us in ways they didn’t need to. They weren’t kind because they had to be, they simply were. Beesting cake was good.

Worst customer service, If the older women staff member hates people that much why work in hospitality? However the baked goods were delicious.

Really disappointed, it is raining this morning very and I just ask for a bag to protect item I just bought and older lady denied me. After many years of shopping here and made decisions not to go back.

The cakes here are on another level. The best beesting cake I've ever had with perfect caramelized almonds and custard cream. Vanilla slice and lamingtons were also amazing!

Went to buy some croissants on a Saturday morning. Waited at the counter for 5min before a staff member appeared from the back, at the same time an older gentleman walked straight up to the counter and staff members served him first. I proceeded to comment that sorry I was first. The older gentleman swore and said he couldn’t care less. The staff member acted as though nothing happened during either service.

Friendly service, good coffee and they were happy to whip up a babycino for my 4 year old despite it not being on the menu. Must be hard with the Woolworths Cafe directly opposite but more than happy to support smaller businesses.

The owners and their staff are all very friendly. The products are all very good. Always fresh.

The vanilla slices are the best I’ve ever had, the overall quality of products is better than at most bakery’s, including the other brumby’s locations. Also the older man and woman always make my day with their amazing customer service and welcoming personalities.

The baked goods are amazing, It’s a shame the customer service at Northgate is disappointing. I just moved into the neighbourhood and I been going there almost every day. But I’m not impressed every time I go there, they act like I’m annoying? ! I’m thinking of just going somewhere else for baked goods. I use to work as a waitress and I just think they’d be out of the job if they didnt sell such a nice food.: (

If this business were a stock I'd go long! Best bread rolls I've ever had. Can't go wrong with a pie, pasty or sausage roll either.

This store has been around longer then Jesus himself. It is a testimony to the brand's quality products and the store owner's superior skills. I guarantee this business will still be pumping 12 months from now!
