7Whenever I’m down south I have to go to Browse In N Save Yankalilla just to see what magnificence they have on the shelves. I’m never dissapointed, the ladies behind the counter have a forensic knowledge of the in-store location of bath plugs, glitter bombs, hula hoops and dog coats. It’s like a museum of consumer products and if I ever go missing, my family should check here first because there’s a real chance I’ll be wandering around the aisles slack jawed, amazed and deeply satisfied. Just having a browse….
The ladies that work here are wonderful. They remember their regular customers and always have time to help. A decent range for the size of the store and prices are as fair as you could expect in current times
The lady working at the Yankalilla shop was very vocal about how annoying it was customers were coming in to the shop close to closing time. Poor customer service to the point of being rude. Staff there have generally been pleasant just not this lady.
Would not recommend, or return to the Yankalilla store. I had to ask a staff member standing free at the checkout if I could ask her a question, she didn't reply but just stared. I showed her an image from the home page of your website of a side-table on my ph and asked if she had those in stock? She responded 'should I? ' I replied well it is your website, to which she replied 'well we obviously weren't fortunate enough to be sent those'. Terribly rude and sarcastic, maxine I believe, definitely needs some retraining in customer service. The other lady there who seemed to be working under her, was pleasant and seemed to make an extra effort to cover her rudeness. Very unpleasant.
Staff are friendly and there is always plenty of stock. Lots of variety you. Our go to store in Normanville for anything and everything
This store has so many products for sale, at cheap prices. Assistants very friendly and able to tell you where anything you can't find is located. Visited 2 times in 3 days. Love it.
