On Friday I went to the store to purchase a gift for my partner and was treated with utter disrespect i was accused of have trying to pay with counterfeit money infront of shop full of customers, which was humiliating and degrading. I tried to pay with alternate notes (even though all my money had been withdrawn straight from an atm) and was refused service. This was a horrible experience and nobody should be treated that way, especially in such a public and shaming way.

This florist is such a beautiful person & it reflects in her shop. All my orchid needs met. Worth a trip to view the beauty of her passion.

Broadway florist has outstanding customer service, with friendly ladies that are willing to help you with your needs. They have beautiful bunches of flowers and make outstanding arrangements.

My $80 orchid didn't even last 2 weeks! I have bought orchids from IKEA that have lasted years. I will never visit this florist again nor recommend.

Beautiful florist shop with fresh flowers, plants and stylish designer arrangements. The ladies are super friendly and have great knowledge on flower care. I ordered flowers Monday morning for delivery and they were amazing! They arrived that afternoon and my friend was over the moon. Highly recommend, my go to florist in the Bay.

Was recently unable to make it their shop until well after closing time, so asked if they could leave the corsage I'd ordered in a letterbox or something so I could pick it up. Florist suggested she leave it with the pub next door & asked them to keep it in the fridge for me so it would not wilt. A simply clever idea that went above & beyond what I'd expect someone to do. Recommended.

Fantastic owner, dropped flowers off for me personally after hours at very late notice. Out of kindness when I had forgotten a special birthday for my grandmother. I was very grateful as I could'nt find any other local florist that would help and I live too far away.
Kelly was a lovely person and flowers were fantastic. I highly recommend.
