Broadview Fencing

Avoid this company. I called to arrange for someone to come over for a fence quote. Aaron, the dude I spoke to, did not turn up at 4.30pm as was arranged. I called the office number but there was no answer. The landline is not diverted to a mobile number and they do not have an option to leave a message. Strangly, there is no listed a mobile number on their website to call them back. What a joke. Shonkey business, who waste people's time.

Broadview fencing and the team were very professional and friendly to use. The quality of the work was also great

Wouldn't waste your time with this company!
My partner and I got a quote for our back fence to be pulled down and replaced with the same materials, we got a quote upon going to pay the deposit we realised there was a discrepancy with measurements between this company and another, I have contacted Aaron multiple times over 2 months now about getting my fence measured again so we can pay the deposit.
Multiple times this guy has come up with excuses so I rang the office to see if someone else could handle our quote and get the fence measured.
I was told someone would be there the following Tuesday at 430pm to measure it.
Once again they have not shown!

Taking my business elsewhere because this company is an absolute JOKE!

This review would be 0 stars if that was an option. Everyone should avoid this company. As per other reviewers, fence install is very poor in terms of quality and longevity and the sustomer service was utterly disgusting. Overall worst experience I've had.

Firstly Broadview Fencing was recommended to me by Hindmarsh Fencing. Hindmarsh fencing was too expensive for my budget, so I took their recommendation and went with Broardview. I can honestly say that Broadview were very affordable and professional. I am extremely happy with the job they have done. David was the person who did the job and I found him to be polite and professional. I asked many questions which he answered with respect and patience. Thumbs up from me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I tried to get my front fence done with Broadview fencing.
They were good to communicate until they took my deposit. A job that was promised to be finished by October and didn’t get started until mid November.
Every time they tell me they are coming out to work on the fence they would be a no show.
Until eventually they came and did half the job.
Only to have installed the wrong lock on the gate which has left a massive hole in my fence post.
Dents on every panel and the panels installed crooked.
When I asked them to come out and have a look. His response upon looking at it was “I will return your deposit and you can find another company”
I was absolutely gobsmacked as I wasn’t being a difficult customer and never planned to have another company take over the job.
Now being left with fence posts concreted into the ground and no fence!
I was promised my deposit returned.only to receive half of it back and this was never discussed. I was under the impression my full deposit would be returned because they terminated the job.

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY TRUSTING THIS COMPANY.

Kym was easily confused and difficult to deal with, he requested to come to site a second time when simply asking to update the quote from post and rail to good neighbour. In under two minutes he then refused to provide a quote stating "You're asking too much from a fence".
The brief was simply "Good Neighbor fence with cement plinths as required (as the block drops down around 200mm), to keep the top/bottom edges of the fence as level as possible. No other contractor had any difficulty quoting on this brief and all provided recommendations to improve the structural stability of the fence. He had wasted a significant portion of my day in arranging to be home unnecessarily. He was difficult to deal with at all times and very perplexed by simple requests. I would have little faith in his comprehension of any project requirements.

Had a good neighbour fence installed at our new home.

The installers were great and did a fantastic job, they worked with us for specific heights and plynth locations.

Highly recommend Broadview fencing

I had to get a Colorbond side gate installed and emailed broadview fencing about it. My request and questions were answered promptly and I got my gate installed within a week. I was very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend them for a job well done! Reasons why I thought they were good include: the fence posts installed were painted the same colour as the gate (not all installers do this) so it looks great; the installers came on the date they specified and left the site tidy; all queries were answered promptly.

Very happy with Broadview. After requesting a quote, a time was organised straight away. Quote was fast and competitive. Guys showed up exactly when they said they were going to. Did a great job and left the place tidy. Communication is open and easy. I would definitely use Broadview again for future projects.

I had to call multiple times to get a quote and was told multiple times it was on its way but never ended up getting one. Massive waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

Awesome service - my factory got broken into over the weekend and had guys onsite carrying out the repairs a few hours after my call!

A seriously disappointing experience from workmanship to quality and the absolute rudeness and amateur skills of the supposed Manager Aaron.
We could never recommend this business to anyone wanting any kind of fencing. Sad being a family business and all I'm sure his grandfather would be proud of how his hard work ended up NOT

They have done 5 fences for me and have been done to a high quality. Everybody has been accommodating and listened to how I wanted the fences done. Even squeezed a job in just before Christmas week.

We have just had our fence replaced by Broadview fencing for the second time in 40years and have found them to be excellent on both occasions. Their work ethics and quality of workmanship has stood the test of time. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbours. I have no hesitation in doing so knowing that they will always do their best to please. Thankyou Broadview for keeping up these standards and for your sevices once again.

Could not recommend enough! I just built a new house and had to have the fencing done in sections and they were very accommodating. They were also the best priced out of several quotes. The work done had been of good quality. Good communication, they also came out and measured for the quote. I'd definitely recommend if you want a stress free, affordable and quality fencing done!
