Good play area for the family. Ground can have large cracks form in it during the warmer months. In winter it can become sodden or even fill with water in at least one spot. Otherwise it's well maintained and the grass is always green. No facilities here. Open access to the public.

Very well maintained grounds and large open space area. Great use of land for a drainage catchment in high rainfall events.
