Well Mitre 10 is indeed as the saying goes " mighty helpful" as I was assisted with a drop saw blade replacement recently.had lost my instructions and was a bit timid about trying myself.so the good people there.specifically "Brett" from memory, replaced the blade for me. I have since been able to make more picture frames for my paintings with ease.new blade whoop whoop, should have done this sooner.

Got unfriendly vibes. Two repeat announcements were made for assistance with sale of concrete as I stood there waiting while no other customers there. Next day I chose Bunnings. Wouldn't recommend.

I called in to take a look at their chainsaw range and boy was I surprised at their extensive range. The staff member was very helpful and we discussed which model would suit my needs best.
I was very impressed with the service and the price was very competitive.
They even filled it with chain/bar oil and also filled the fuel tank. I was then given detailed advice on how to start it.
Thanks guys, you provide a service that Bunnings can only hope to provide.

Was very happy with the good friendly service. It has just about everything that Bunnings has with a variety of different quality items. They also stock all you need for your Webber bbq plus a large range of the BBQs too. Thank you Mitre 10 for your great service.

A great smaller hardware store with a good selection of home and gardening hardware. They also have a wonderful selection of indoor and outdoor plants at affordable prices. Perfect for a quick stop in for your home and garden needs!

Went there for a water filter. They did not have the one I wanted. They informed me where to get one. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

Called in Saturday asked older lady for help was asking about spray for tomatoes getting some help then she said had things to do then left me, that's not what I call customer service.
