Great people to deal with!
Just an update after a 28 day trip to Darwin and back - they do Great Lamb Shanks. Cryovac packed with Italian seasoning. Ticking into slow cooked shanks (12 hours in the Shuttle Chef) with no preparation on my part.at Palm Valley NT was magnificent.
Got Meat for a 10 Day Victorian high Country Trip from them,
Cryovac service was a bonus.
Had Fantastic meals including a BBQ on top of BlueRag - 1718 M above sea level. On top of the world - (Mt Hotham Village is 1750 M.)
Top quality food at a reasonable price, and great friendly service.
All meats of excellent quality, including delicious free range pork. Our Christmas guests are always amazed at the quality and flavour of their hams which are smoked on site. Friendly knowledgable butchers. Do yourself a favour and give them a try.
Meat is great but maybe if they open at the time it says on the door. The guy was in there and saw me but still didn't open up and I'd been there for 15 minutes after opening time
