Great practice, awesome customer service and doctor. Was shocked when I was asked to pay $110. But then I got the $80 back straight away on my debit card.

I've been going to bridgeview for around a year now. This clinic has been really good for me, and Dr. Maryam has been so wonderful to me. She has really helped me feel understood with my mental health issues.
They have a great practice and I was lucky to come across them.

The doctor did not rush me out and let me explain my health issues in more detail then I have had an opportunity with many other doctors in the past. He also went into enough detail with carefully tailored medical advice for my current condition.

Usually the doctors I see are very professional and caring except the mental health doctor Dr Sushima Roy, I went in for my appointment to review my mental health plan last Monday, I took with me all my drug and alcohol reports for the last 3 oaths and explained to her that I am now completely clean and doing well mentally, she didn't write my plan and print it for me in my presence and sent it straight to ireach rural health, I called the practice yesterday to see if my plan was ready because I still had not received my copy. The receptionist told me it had already been sent to ireach and instantly sent me my copy, the doctor had written in my goals that I am trying to cut down on alcohol when I don't even drink and had told her specifically that my plan is to cut back on smoking cigarettes. This is a huge mistake seeing as I am pregnant an already fighting to get my kids back through dcp who would be looking for any reasonable thing to signify taking mu unborn baby away. When my mental health plan is rectified I will not be using this doctor again.

Great surgery! And the staff at the front counter are wonderful. And try to do everything to get you in. DrJosie is the most experienced gp I've ever had. I went to 3 gps all told me I had dry skin on my back and it was so itchy.just put cream on it. Dr Josie took one look at it and removed a lump underneath the skin and solved the problem. I put up with the most annoying painful itchy back for weeks and the 3 gps told me it's only dry skin.when it was taken off Dr Josie and medical staff were wonderful.ill never want to see any other gp only Dr Josie. Thankyou my life has been back to normal again.

Bridgeview Family Practice is the best practice l have been to in Murray Bridge, the staff r very polite always smiling an there to give u a hand if ur a patient of that practice. I have been with this practice for a couple of yrs now an have never been disappointed. My drs r Dr Roy an Dr Joshi. I even got my partner to transfer from his previous Clinic an he is happy to have joined.

Cannt say enough praise for the doctors that work there. I would and do recommend them to friends and family

Dr Joshi is amazing and very clear in his findings. And the atmosphere in the clinic is family oriented. Great all round community

Staff are in much need of training.
Better off going to the local Day & Night clinic, they have awful time management and don't seem to have a lot of control or understanding on running a practice like this.

Great clinic, though unfortunately dr Roy was extremely short temred & rude.

I have a fractured neck & she treated me like an addict saying i shoupd be on nurofen when i needed decent pain relief for my fracture.

She also wasnt honest with me when i asked, why have i been booked for a vaccination? I never asked & you never mentioned it?

She stared blankly and tgen pretended she didnt know what i was talking about. Then went on to say its part of my care plan.

Dodgy & untrustworthy. Unfortunate because the rest of the clinic isnt that bad

A very easy process to book online and the added advantage of seeing the same doctor each time, the Drs really listen and will follow up with you, the front office staff are very friendly and helpful

Excellent clinic and staff. Can always get an appointment. They Bulk Bill and do a range of procedures on site. Dr Sahban and Dr Joshi are great.

Incompetent sums up this practice, they are all specialists, 2 years sick by these guys, but are fast and friendly. The owner has attitude plus!

I've dealt with each of the Medical Clinics in Murray Bridge over the years. I've never had any concerns outside of the shortages of doctors in the hospital. This medical practice is the one i prefer because online booking is available and a record of appointments is kept where it can be easily accessed. The reception staff are very helpful and accommodating. The doctor i regularly see, i've been pleased with their professionalism and results we've achieved. There is a pathology service within the clinic and i reckon they have a physiotherapist on hand too.
