4Had appointments with Dr Kiu and my experience throughout my breast cancer journey with them had and continues to be the best I could ask for. Everyone there takes very good care of you, including their receptionists.
The receptionists (multiple) are absolute cxnts. 100% would not recommend. I wish there was an option to give 0.
Avoid this clinic at all cost.
I phoned the Centre to make a mammogram appointment and then accidentally a second time the next day. I felt quite despondent after the second call as the receptionist’s tone was impatient and patronising. Although I did receive the clarification I needed I felt like an incompetent school girl at the end of the experience. My third and final call to Jones and Partners restored my spirits as the receptionist there was kind, patient and understanding.
My first appointment with Dr Peter Shin, very happy with his manner and that he took time to understand my concerns as a patient in remission.
