This place is horrible. When I went to order a hotdog the man just randomly asked “Do you want mustard? ” When I hadn’t finished even talking yet. Also the toilets are absolutely disgusting. They smell like a dentist office and there is almost no toilet paper in any of the stalls.

Great place for fuel and a bite to eat for a road trip. It's been refurbished since our last visit and looks great.

We called into this servo tonight on our way home from adroasan for some dinner and josh Charles served us with extreme rudeness. He made us wait 10 minutes before getting off his phone to serve us, he wasn't in uniform and looked like some random local off the street he was very rude to customers and the burgers weren't cooked properly. The chips were cold and full of oil the atmosphere was not good very unprofessional this place needs to get there act together seriously I hope the new assistant manager can pull the staff at this store into line because it's a total disgrace I have nothing positive to say about this store.

Stopped here multiple times on my holiday from WA, Great Food, Great Customer Service, Staff are Very Friendly, Props to Alex for some advice on spots to go sightseeing, Amazing Coffee, Short wait times and Clean Facilities.

Hi there, we are from Melbourne and regularly go to Pt Lincoln and always stop to get your amazing chips, unfortunately this time the chips were terrible and we had to throw them out. And on top of this the ladies toilets were not clean at all. I don’t know what happen but please bring the tasty chips back!

Quick pitstop to stretch legs and grab a coffee. Best coffee ive had in a very long time from a servo.

This is the 2nd time in over a month that I have had terrible & rude customer service from certain staff in this location

But shocked with some of these reviews, the staff are friendly fun to get served by, always see the workers happy and laughing, it's fun environment and happy vibes, coffee is amazing and the food I've had is amazing especially the chips are amazing come on in and see for yourself you won't be let down by the service or the food

I have been here numerous times.
I am seeing a huge number of extremely low reviews.with comments from the owner.however, no changes have been made.

I hav stopped here for coffee many times sitting at the tables and i hav found staff good. Sooo many people walk in and just use the toilets but Dont buy anything.

Toilets really need a good clean. Wouldn't like to buy any food there if the kitchen is as bad as the toilets.

Just have left there and peeved with the food, steak on steak sandwich was like rubber toast was rock hard, my loaded breakfast had toast with no butter 2 sausages that I could of used as a hammer and hash browns dripping with oil, need to pick your game up

Absolutely rude manager her name was Kirsty. I would not recommend going here just because of how rude she is, awful lady.

Stood there waiting to be served for over 5 minutes and was practically ignored while others who wandered in were served immediately. Terrible service. One staff member was muttering and swearing under her breathe.

I'd prefer to walk starving than fill up with petrol and get a feed here.

Have had a bad experience the last 3 times here.don't know why we bothered to go back.
Had to wait 35 mins for 2 med chips & after seeing 2 customers who were after us walk out with chips, we asked to speak to the manager who had conveniently gone home, we had to speak to someone else who continued to tell us their system which was clearly NOT working.
Then another staff member, in the line told him to refund AND give us the chips.
Absolutely discusting service & to argue with the customer.even more disgusting.
Oh & then a young staff member offered me the managers number so I could call her.
Really?
Something needs to be done about the way this servo is run.
Numerous other customers having the same problem.

Definitely not covid 19 safe. The food was inedible and expensive. My son had to wait 20 minutes after he got his hotdog to get his milkshake. The workers were very rude. Both the female and male toilets were disgusting, can tell they weren't cleaned in a long time.

Sorry to say we had the worst coffee we have ever purchased.probably won't be back to try again.

All 5 staff friendly however toilets were disgusting and 45 minutes for a bucket of chips when not busy. Perhaps if serving customers was more important than stock taking cigarettes it would have been better
Wednesday evening 19th April. 6.30 to 7.15. Have always stopped there now?

Trying to get people in with false cheap fuel prices on the south side entrance. Apparently sign was not updating and they were flat chat with food and admitted to not manually change it until I complained and another customer expressed displeasure in store. Funny enough this is the sign next to United which was still the cheaper price (think what you will)

Was forced to pay 1.69 and not 1.65 as per the sign as they couldnt ammend the price. To the operators credit she did try and call her team leader but no answer. Basically had to pay the wrong price or risk the police knocking on my door. ACCC has made its position clear 9n this practise. They have my number, will update the review if they resolve the issue.
