14Absolutely ridiculous! This place kept me waiting more than 30 minutes just to pay for my fuel! They are so busy selling food and coffee they don't have anyone taking money for fuel!
As a female I’m offended to be told I can’t use the shower amenities as it is for truck drivers only. I don’t get a day every month when I bleed and I am sure as hell not driving 8 hrs sitting in blood. The manager Verma and BP need to rethink their decisions about the showers. I still had a shower even though I was told not to xx
10/08/2021 I'd give the 5 stars to the young dude that was working lastnight on his own. Was busy but he was friendly and makes a great coffee and Moe's wouldn't bother getting coffee if the other guy was there I'd walk out.
After long drive from Melbourne to Perth parked my at had a nap in my car there’s a very good Lounge.
Friendly staff.
Do not go to this service station unless you are in no hurry to go anywhere.
I only got fuel and had to wait in line while the 5 people in front ordered coffees one at a timr and had them made before the next person was served. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to pay for fuel.
It would have been quicker for me to drive towards Keith, run out of petrol half way there and then push my fully loaded car with my whole family still sitting in it to the next petrol station.
Ohhhh and to top it off, they won't scan your BP rewards card. Wow!
Very regular on this route. Had huge hopes from this place as a truck stop but i find staff is Rude staff, poor service, Pathetic gross overpriced food (except subway). Keith bp much better place than this.
Waited 5 minutes and someone who walked straight in got served straight away while I wasn't even acknowledged. I'm hard to miss I'm 194cm and was waiting at the counter. Staff looked unhappy, no eye contact made, unprofessional and service skills. Poor range of food available for 0830.
Don't bother.
Purchased a grilled porterhouse steak with chips and gravy got like a kilo of potato chips grilled steak that's overcooked and is Full of fat Ive had better meals for $25

No EFTPOS. Got Wendy's and they wouldn't give me what they had advertised. If it wasn't for the fact I was in a good mood and wanted to get home I would have dragged the short fat service attendant out and given her a spanking like the naughty child she is. Never wanted to burn a servo down more in my life. Hot dog was cold and my shake had too much syrup. Worst OTR in SA.
No EFTPOS and the staff are RUDE. Just wanted some food from a long journey, and it's the last thing I needed. Will NOT be coming back, not even if I'm desperate.
Go to the pubs in town, $24 for microwaved food is disgusting, I'll probably get food poisoning later
Incredibly rude customer service. Next time we won't bother getting fuel or food here. Best to head into the town and order somewhere else. Seems cheaper in town as well. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Went in, saw the cashier threaten to call the police on a kid for accidentally bumping into something. It seemed really iffy and odd. Wouldn't recommend it:/. Also the food was very bland.
