Over priced everything in the shop always the most expensive fuel. Some products are 20% more than last week

So I came here on the 12/6/2021 at around 04: 10. I did the Covid-19 check-in, rang the door bell. Waited 2mins, rang it again meanwhile the young lady working the counter clearly saw me at the doors but chose not to open the doors for whatever reason although there was another gentleman inside already. After ringing the door bell a 3rd time she opened the doors. No form of greeting at all as I entered the store. I looked around selected a few items then asked her if there was any 2ltr Chocolate Milks out the back, none on the shelf. Without hesitation "No". Didn't even bother to go look, may of been the case but it was just rude how she responded. I took my items to the counter and said just these ones please and all I got back was "That's $20.90". I paid and left, not even a thank you or have a good night. Meanwhile this gentleman is sitting at the table inside and when I looked back they were talking and laughing.

Poor customer service and I won't be bac, well to buy anything. The site manager sees this feel free to contact me.

Waited at counter to be ignored by counter staff while she was writing down something. Even just acknowledgement that I was there with a simple "won't be a moment". But no totally ignored, so I walked out after not being able to find what I needed.

Tried to get $20.00 out at front counter with purchase and got told do not do cash out. ATM wants $2.80 to get cash out. Joke considering after this went to a On the Run and got $20 out with a purchase.

Absolutely unacceptable. For a business that turns over $300k a week this $7.50 sandwich was nearly on stale, bread was crunchy and meat looked off. Undersized meals and extremely over priced.

Great little convenience store where you know your money isn't going overseas like that other BP chain in SA. Open all the time and have a good range including lotto and close to a number of fast food outlets. Plus the staff here are awesome.

Will never buy fuel from here again after the pump over metered me by about 10 litres, and their complaints guy told me it was probably a warm day.

Standard BP with plenty of fuel pumps. Is adjoined by a Hungry Jack's and shares the location with a KFC as well.

My friend and i stopped for a coffee at 1.30am, we were informed by the staff member who looked like a wing nut that they dont make coffee at night time, I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life and we will never be back.
