Stopped here for OTR coffee on way back from The Bend Motorsport, great place for quick stop at Tailem Bend. You can walk there from The Bend. I even picked up some salads, cherry tomatoes and baby cucumbers to make salads for lunch at the drags on Sunday. They've got all you last minute groceries you might need, even bacon and eggs if your camping at the caravan park nearby. Prices are a bit more than the supermarkets due to convenience. It saves my day at 11pm that night after a busy day.

Disgusting, filthy toilets and the food area was not much better. Staff slovenly, untidy and not friendly

Pretty handy place to have available. After a stunt at the white horse or grabbing some Krispy Kremes

Undergoing renovations, toilets weren't clean & seems to be a regular theme.

Staff were cheery and friendly. Hopefully renovations won't take too long & will be a lot better.
We will still be returning each trip as it has always been our regular pit stop

Customer service was good but parking is a problem because of local drivers dropping their trucks and trailers and treating it like their own depo and leaving interstate drivers nowhere to park, I find a lot of India drivers park their trucks get in their cars and go home for weekend, OIR should put a stop to it, if your oversize then there is a problem because of local drivers

The self serve car wash only accept $1 and $2 coins. If you have no change you have to go to the counter and line up. Either get a coin change machine out there or upgrade your equipment to take cards, like all XConvenience sites have. Get out of the prehistoric times OTR.

Customer service is usually average at best. RV / Caravan waste dump is often overflowing and hazardous.

With 40 odd pumps, it is a big and busy servo. I understand that, however it is a service station foremost, not a bloody barrista. I find it infuriating when the staff are so focused on serving coffees that they cannot turn on the pumps.

It has happened on a handful of occasions now that the pump hasn't come online, even after waiting literally several minutes. So I have to leave it, walk into the shop, wait and wait to get a quick word in, which is met with apologies, walk outside to try again and still no avail. So, I hang up the pump, try the one on the other side. Same problem. I know that one works because I saw another truck use it.

The only solution after wasting 5-10minutes already is to get in the truck, do a quick loop to try another pump, and of course all the other bowsers are taken already. So another 10 - 15 minutes waiting, and horray, it works and I can refuel my truck.

This problem occurs only at this servo, and 25mins to refuel means 25 mins wasted. Perhaps consider employing someone whose sole job is to activate the pumps so we don't run into this reoccuring problem.

Great staff! One of the team members helped me out at the car wash with an upgrade after it was having a fault. So nice and a great way to start my Friday!

Staff member made a mistake and debited my account with wrong amount, I discovered the mistake a few hours later. Rang them and explained the situation to staff member Meegan, she went above and beyond to clarify and remedy mistake. Thanks heaps Meegan.good karma to you.

Barista needs more training, you don't put chocolate on a latte, it ruined my coffee and I was already too far up pt wakefield rd to go back. This is the second time this has happened at an OTR. Train your people better

Filled up, good price and the cashier / attendant I spoke to was very very helpful with my choice of car wash I chose.

BP has been revamped, good selection of hot and cold fresh food. Coffee is on point most days but still dependant on getting a good barista.
