Not enough staff. When I questioned over 5 people pushing in, I was told attendant was on break, and I should be grateful. For what? Waiting a long time for service? Customer service heavily lacking.

Please, Please put an extra staff member on during your busy times, so I don't have to wait up to 10 minutes, to get served. The wait was just unbelievable.

The service really bad. Asking to pay for something that we didn't get. Maybe machine faulty. Will never come back anymore.

This is my local store after the other shops close. I find staff are always pretty much well mannered and helpful, and yes the store usually provides stock with good quality. The only complaint I have is that it is very very expensive for general goods!

Large sized Petrol Service Station with Convenience store and Car wash. Quite a few petrol pumps to fill up with about 10 additional car parking spaces. Good sized Auto carwash. Plenty of stuff to buy in the store as well. #petrol #servicestation #Adelaide #southaustralia

Great corner store with all those last minute items available. Great service too! My son ordered sauce with his sausage roll, only to sqirt it over his newly dry cleaned school jacket: (. James (otr staff) quickly presented us with a clean wet chux to clean it up. Thanks James x

This is the Best BP in Adelaide. Mastering to work with On The Run app. I can pay petrel and order coffee seamlessly. The coffee is great and at a good temperature.
The only downside may be the driveway is very narrow between the pump and the customer carpark. The traffic from Fisher Street may have some difficulty for the angle park.
I have been BP in Pasadena, the staff only made coffee after I walk into the store, and trying to catch me in the driveway while I have already paid the petrol via the app.
I have also been BP Darlington, the staff stopped the pump after I unlock the pump via the app.

Just awful! Went to use the brand new Happy Wash. The car in front of me couldnt work out why the machine wouldnt start. He asked me for help and when I went to help him the doors closed and the machine started, trapping me inside. Got very wet. Tried forcing the doors open but no luck. A passerby called staff. As help arrived I found an exit button on the side wall. Why enclose a car wash?

I selected the Brush Free option for my car wash. Absolute waste of money ($13) Lots of dirt still left on the duco and windows after the wash. Also, despite paying for Drying the whole car still had lots of moisture after exiting.

Best Happy Wash is on West Tce where the guys even scrub your wheels before guiding you thru the washer.

All are nasty staff and lazy and lack customer service! Takes 6min walking here from home but rather the 25min hike uphill to bottom freeway corner portrush and glen Ormond rd Fullarton and cross rds and far nicer staff and better serviced store there!
