Why have a car wash with its lights on saying ewady to go a d tell customers it don't open til 8am quite annoying as I'm on my way to work not a happy wash at all

I have Lived across the Rd 4 over 10 yrs they're very handy when u need a few things til' u go shopping they have Some Pet products like food when i go out 2 do a few things my PUPPY B-J nearly always comes 4 a ride in the CAR with DAD & I & i stop 2 get a COFFEE & get B-J HE'S AN AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER (TERROR) a few TREATS so that he has some in the CAR 4 when we go out & we always make sure that we have WATER & a BOWL 4 HIM COS U NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN & IF WE NEED PETROL WHAT WE DO IS 2 CHECK THE 1 ON OUR RD DAVID TCE KILKENNY & THEN WHEN I HAVE 2 GO 2 MY CHEMIST ON DAYS RD I'LL GO DOWN TORRENS RD & CHECK THE PRICE OPPOSITE THE CHALLA GARDENS HOTEL COS' AT TIMES HE'S CHEAPER THAN THE 1 OPPOSITE HOME BUT THEY'RE VERY NICE & POLITE 2 ME & MY ADOPTED DAD CHRIS

I bought deluxe wash and it was too bad that all marks on the car was same as before wash. It’s just wastage of money and guy who was working there said sorry he can’t don’t anything thats what otr customer service is

I enjoy coming in there before I start work to grab my morning coffee, great workers there and always enjoy a good chat with a friendly smile!

This is feedback from some time ago. Never the less it stayed with me. A very young single employee, making hot dogs, making coffee, processing petrol, attending to a multiplicity of customers. One single employee, on a significant day (so if your open you will make profit). The staff member should never have been working alone. Your customers waited patiently in support of the employees situation because it appeared exploitative. You make money you can afford to pay 2 employees to be on. I have experienced long waiting periods due to chronic understaffying in other service stations from this franchise. You make enormous profits there is no excuse for your stations to be under staffed.

These new sausage rolls are shockingly bad. Mine was still pink in the middle this time! And they don't sell kitchener buns anymore too. Wow

Deplorable work conditions this boxing day 2020 One poor staffember Al absolutely running to assist everyone, severally understaffed RIDICULOUS considering OTRs profit margins.

Very poor customer service experience: (
I went to the Woodville Park OTR on the way to work to fill up my car around 10 a.m. After waiting way too long for them to activate the fuel pump I eventually filled up my car.
Then I went in to pay and wanted to order a coffe, but alas, there was no one on the coffee machine. The girl said she would take my order anyway but there was a big line up behind me so I declined. The guy behind grunted in disappointment.
How is it possible that they don't have a staff member manning the coffee machine in the morning? Very odd. Will go elsewhere next time.

Staff not very friendly & come across as disinterested.
Coffee is average, which is a shame because it was great a few years ago. They also never seem to have apricot croissants: (and the other croissants don't seem fresh. The food area needs upgrading as it looks tired and unclean or perhaps it just needs a really good tidy up.
It's also extremely frustrating waiting for the fuel pump to be activated and for staff to stop chatting and serve you. I have been tempted to just go elsewhere as a consequence.so please pay attention and focus on serving your customers firstly and chatting later.

Filled up my car and went in to buy some items
I asked the large older women with glasses a question about an item she pretty much ignored me.
Then had to wait to be served while stock was put away. Hello, customer waiting, stock can wait babe!
Will go to another station from now on.

Petrol prices higher than what the price board is.have been caught 2 times in the last 3 weeks and console operator could not care less, pay peanuts and you get monkeys same on you for ripping people off.

Rude customer service I was told to wait today while the child behind counter put a whole tray of cakes in fridge one at a time. Customers first

Besides the blonde worker always hugging and permanently wrapped around her girl friend in front of customers trying to practice social distancing really good. It is a terrible look for the business in a time such as this.

Petrol station with automated car wash - plus manual car & truck wash facilities. Shop consists of mini-mart, Brumbles, Hungry Jacks & Subway.

Love this store but i go to other stores now to get my morning coffee. My coffee always tastes sour and ive seen the staff use a dirty milk jug that had soy milk in it. The afternoon staff are great. Very chatty and friendly. They make great coffees.

BP, card is more helpful to pay off fuel expensive of this economy period of worldwide economy war

It has petrol, and it has 50c cups of noodles for $4+. It's the place you go to buy emergency toilet paper at 3am only to feel that you have been completely screwed over by a soulless greedy business.

The staff in this site are very friendly an easy going the shop is always clean, well maintained, stock the only thing that is wrong is the way they have there shelf display set up it's all wrong an I have even told there staff that an they agreed. The company been BP OTR need to listen to people an change the layout of the shop
