I had a great experience at Bowen and Soul. I didn’t know about this therapy and during the session I realised it was different from other massage therapy which I found really interesting. A couple of days after the first session I started to see the results as I didn’t have any more neck pain and my whole body felt more relaxed. I had an amazing session with Jodie. Before the session I felt like I had tension in my hips and shoulders which I believe was related to some emotional stuff with my family I was working through. After the session I much lighter, my shoulders were relaxed and I had much greater movement in my hips when I was doing double pigeon pose at my yoga class. Jodie has a great energy about her and I highly recommend her sessions:)
