We went in 'for a look' and fell in love with our new family member, Molly, a beaglier. The staff were wonderful in helping us - first time dog owners- and were excellent in follow up inquiries as we found our way. Molly is a wonderful addition, so friendly and so loved.

Can’t believe it’s 2023 and we are still supporting a business that is nothing more than a glorified shopfront for unethical backyard breeders and puppy farms. Think twice before buying a puppy from here as you aren’t only supporting puppy farms but you’re also potentially committing to dog that will have lifetime health issues.

Rang to inquire about a particular puppy multiple times, they never answered the phone and never got back to me like the website states they will. Even went to the store and there was a worker inside and a sign saying they were open but the door was locked and they didn’t let me in. Ended up getting a puppy from a lovely breeder in the hills for a bit cheaper than this place charges

Three puppies were in the store while we visited. All three were some variation of some sort of "doodle". One was clearly stressed and quite underweight which was concerning. Another had a dirty bum with what looked like diarrhea. I couldn't help but wonder what state the mothers must be in of that's the state of the pups that are up for sale? All in all, quite a sad place disguised as a "boutique". I honestly wasn't even aware that selling puppies in this manner was still legal.

Hello, I have been receiving email updates from Boutique Paws for a couple of years. Last month, I found the perfect little puppy for me. Will, one of the owners, was more than happy to provide the breeders information, so I could ask my many questions regarding the little one I had fallen in love with.
When I went to view the puppy, on a Sunday, Matt was there at the store on Glen Osmond Road. The shop is beautiful, no expense spared to provide quality dog goods, a huge display of collars, leads, harnesses, dog beds, toys and even a snazzy machine that engraves dog tags right there in the shop.
I fell in love with my puppy as soon as I saw her. It was so nice to talk about our dogs with Matt, who along with Will, is more dedicated to dogs than anyone I have ever met.
I’m sad about the negative reviews that almost prevented me from making contact with Boutique Paws. I can honestly say that I was treated with kindness and respect by both Will and Matt, and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
My little scruffy Poodle x Jack Russell is the most gorgeous little girl. She’s had a few name changes in the first week but we have decided on Polly. She is a happy and healthy little girl and we love her so much. Many thanks, guys, and best of luck to you and your business in the future.

Sold me a golden retriever puppy with several congenital conditions. According to their store policy they should refund or at least pay for the emergency fees. Their boss did a good job at ignoring all my calls and emails.

What an awesome experience we had when we picked up our new family addition, a little Foxy Russell. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our puppy is so well adjusted, (slept all night on his first night) and is in perfect health. Thanks guys

Absolutely disgusting! Do not buy from here. This company has no true care for its animals and is only in it for the money! After hearing about all of the health issues that animals have come home with, having no care from the business, I do not recommend Boutique Paws at all.

You're literally selling half bred mutts for extortionate prices and Selling puppies who have giardia is absolutely disgusting.

I adopted my bordoodle Pup, Willow, from boutique paws a couple of weeks ago. I took her to the vet as a precaution within the first week (due to the recent Giardia outbreak) and her health is great. No signs of having the infection. Boutique Paws was thorough with their health procedures and was a huge help finding the right pup for me.

Bought my son a puppy which he’s wanted forever and came down with Guardia and had to be put down.

Please shut this place down and I am reporting to RSPCA.

INHUMANE.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! They sold my family a sick pup. Then had the nerve to deny that his sickness was their fault even though our vet has said they've had NUMEROUS dogs with this awful parasite come from this horrid place. BEWARE of this puppy farm. Our beautiful lab did not deserve to die from giardia!

When will this place be shut down? ! It sells puppy farm puppies riddled with disease and infections and the business owner takes no responsibility. You are buying health issues, heartache and death!

All dogs come from puppy farms & everyone is having to put their dogs down within a week.how are they still open. Look on dogzonline instead and get them from a registered breeder.

Wish I could post 0. Paid $3000 for a 5 month old female Groodle 3 years ago. The poor dog had hip dysplasia and was clearly traumatised. We were going to keep Molly and care for her, but Matt took her from us under the guise of taking her to his vet. No money and no dog! Took 6 months to get a refund only because the bank took it from his account. I knew of many other customers at that time having the same problem. My vet and I reported all of this to the RSPCA and other places. Can’t believe he is still open. My experience with him was he’s uncaring of his puppies, charging huge fees and buying from unregistered breeders without any papers. Many puppies have disease and life threatening problems. The good reviews are clearly fake. I suggest the media take a good look at this man and his business.

Supports puppy farms, sells sick infected pups with life long health problems, gardia and hip displaysia are not uncommon

Please check the blog on the Walkerville vets website

The owner is only nice to you if you get lucky enough to get a dog from them who doesn’t turn out to be sick with Giardia, hip dysplasia or all sorts of behaviour problems otherwise you’re turned out cold. Stop supporting a business that gets their puppies from a mill. Listen to other peoples stories and do your research. If you want an “oodle” or purebred go to dogzonline and find a certified breeder there are lots!
