Shared a serve of the Italian Continental Cake as it reminded me of the birthday cakes my parents would buy us for family celebrations. $6 a serve and it was generous. It put a smile on our faces. I'm ordering one of these cakes for an upcoming birthday. The staff were so helpful when I asked info on pricing. Thank you.

Had a great experience today. Just having a sandwich for breakfast with coffee. Customer service was pretty good they received me with a smile.

Mary and the girls are absolutely wonderful, they always remember our orders, give us plenty of jam and cream on our scones and lots of icecream in my iced coffee. The food is fresh and the coffee is hot and not burnt. They always accommodate us and even gave me two kinds of jam which I love. Love your work ladies

Very bad and unprofessional customer service. I’ve ordered skim latte and got a flat white. When I went to complaint then their staff/barista was very rude and not accepting their mistakes by saying i made latte and it’s now become flat white with full cup of milk up to the top. I couldn’t stop to laugh as there was no room for froth and cup was full of milk. Won’t recommend anyone to visit there. I would love to give them minus points/stars if there’s any option.

Popped in yesterday for a late 2pm lunch. Service was exceptional and my chicken schnitzel roll was the best I’ve had! 10/10

I think there might need to be a change of management as I was there on Sunday and there was a new worker, trying their best but was being sworn at by (who I can only assume to be) the manager, in front of a busy lunch rush. The reason was because they didn’t cut a sandwich diagonally, even though the customer seemed quite happy with the way it was served to him.
I’m unsure if it’s just a generational thing as I’ve seen a few of the same workers there since the early 00’s (there’s nothing wrong with that, so long as your progressing your business with the changes of today), but the way it came across was very nasty and entitled. You’re making sandwiches, not performing brain surgery.

Applied for a position here. Was offered cash in hand and turned down the position. Now staff refuse to serve me.

Very rude service. Checked me abruptly because i was about to mention what I wanted in the sandwich. Didnt let me finish my order. I won't go back.

Lovely fresh sandwiches everytime I have come for lunch. Sometimes when your at work, all you want is a good sandwich, and I've found one here. Thank you!
