Staff always friendly, food can be a bit up and down taste wise but 9 out 10 times it's nice.

Went there asked for schnitzel pack with salad but wanted gravy so the put gravy over the salads in the pack WHY would you.
Over priced chips hard overcooked and way to expensive think the schnitzel like a work boot tough and old very disappointing never will we buy from there again.

Just love it.

I thought they had the best steak sandwiches but after having the hamburger Hmmm pretty hard to decide. (Had 3 this week)

After giving a second chance I have to say I don’t know how people rate this place so highly. Chips are basic and bland, the chicken is tasteless. Surly I can’t be the minority here or maybe it’s the best of the only few options here in whyalla. If that’s the case then that’s sad. No good at all!

The yiros meat has changed again and it's blech out $20 (yiros n chips). Know I'm not going back for awhile

Only gone through the drive through.look the chicken is normally lovely but one of the staff members there is so rude.i rode my bike there as I don't have a car.got there half an hour before closing to get dinner for the family and the arrogant guy put the closed sign right in front of the.when I told him the time and he was closing early.all he replied was didn't you hete what I said where closed.turned his back and walked away. I went home empty handed with my family expecting a nice roast chicken dinner.

Food is good, BUT.who thought it was a good idea to switch to serving in cardboard boxes? It gets pretty messy if you get gravy or similar. Prices are high enough to give us decent containers.

Hadn't been there for awhile until tonite and we all got different packs beef snitz chips peas and gravy, the lasagne chips and salad, and a chicken curry and rice, was absolutely delicious

Establishment is just a bit dated, and appears that a general maintainance review is due.

Probably the best place to go in Whyalla for take away. Huge variety of menu and all the team are brilliant.

Convenient, good price and Bottle shop right over from bottle and bird. Nostalgia at its finest, we came here a lot as kids. Still pretty good today stay in your car service with a smile

Always great food from Bottle & Bird. Their fish packs are fresh & delicious. If you've never tried food from here then you have been missing out. Highly recommend

Yum. Greek style yiros, so good. Dont get these sorts of meals often. Also got chips and gravy, yum. Service is quick anf very formal. Was going to go Macca's, glad i changed that thought. Highly recommended.

Chicken snitzel burger with the lot $13.50. Sounded good. I got burnt off cuts of snitzel, lettuce, tomato and cheese. As soon as he handed it to me I knew it was wrong by the weight. I opened it there and even he said that was bad. Needless to say I got my money back and left that yuk with them.

I haven't been here in 20 yrs in the the last 2 weeks I've been back twice the service is as good as I remember it and the food top of the line

They have amazing hot chips not to mention other options of yummy take away foods available, the staff are always friendly - worth a visit or two

The staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious. I especially love the Butterfish pack and the lamb Yiros.
