Craig is by far the best naturopath I have ever seen. I have been seeing him for probably about 8 years + now. He is so knowledgeable and his background as a pharmacist is very helpful in his practice. Many times Craig goes out of his way to help and actually genuinely cares about his patients. I honestly would recommend Craig to anyone who wants natural solutions to their medical issues. You're the best Craig!

I would like to share my thoughts and experience with anyone contemplating an appointment with Craig.
For 5 years following bowel cancer surgeryI was suffering from pain, nausea, bloating and generally feeling extremely unwell.
After unsuccessfully trying numerous “conventional” medicines I did some research and discovered Craig!

After lengthy discussion with my physiotherapist regarding ongoing management for osteoarthritis, I decided to act on his recommendation and make an appointment with Naturopath Craig Wainwright.
My health has improved greatly since working with Craig and my inflammation levels have dropped. Through change of diet I am now 10 kilo lighter, actually feel like exercising and my arthritis has improved greatly.
Now I am taking supplements prescribed by a practitioner and not just pot luck off the supermarket shelf, so I am sure the dosage is right and the quality the best.
My appointments with Craig are not as often now but are essential to reinforce previous information and learn further about particular foods that can improve my condition and maintain my quality of life in later years.
I still wonder at the complexity of our bodies and I'm grateful to find an alternative to taking medication to relieve pain. Keeping it natural is the answer.

After western medicine failed to address my abdominal, Kidney and Chest pains etc etc I sought the advice from Craig at Botanica Medica.
He diagnosed the ailments after a detailed first consultation and prescribed some herbal tablets, a powder and a potion. He also went through my diet, medications and lifestyle and suggested some changes that I adhered to and continue to adhere to. The changes after the 1st six weeks were impressive and now six weeks later i feel better than I have in many years. I am 65 y/o and Craig will be my first point of call if I need more positive direction regarding my health.

Unfortunately I didn't get past the making the appointment. I attempted twice to make an appointment but felt it was all too much of an inconvenience for them. The receptionist's on the evening of 20th and the morning of the 21st October sounded so tense and impatient. It seemed all too hard for them to listen to what I needed. On this basis, it didn't sound like the sort of place I would want to get natural healthcare from.

When I was making an appointment the person I was talking to sounded impatient and stressed.after hearing the tone of their voice I decided that in the end. I wouldn't like to go here for my health.

I have visited Botanica Medica for many years - always brilliant to receive their advice, naturopathic herbal formulae, individualised patient care and always a positive manner! Great complementary medicine, always delivered with a smile.
