Botanic Park reviews
64My wife and I visit regularly, especially the lotus pond. A favourite for a beautiful stroll in lush surroundings.
A relaxing stroll through the botanic parkland roses in bloom
many wild birdlife. Ducks swans homing pigeons an array of southern plants. Well maintained park area.
Every time we visit we always go to the zoo, but it seems they are closing more and more viewings down
Get place to relax and enjoy the grounds. Lots happening with people playing sport, walking and dog friendly. Recommended for all
The finest of spaces to host a concert or festival, within the finest green-spaced City on earth
Beautiful place to be in all seasons. If you want to click some great pics I guess Botanic Park is a perfect place to have your memories build.
Wonderful place! I loved visiting this place and also free parking on Sunday is a big plus! Just wished there are more maps around the park, most of the time I have no idea where I am.
I absolutely love the Botanic, peaceful, beautiful, my son got married there also, what an amazing setting and their wedding pictures were sensational!
Great location beautiful well cared for gardens, loved the healing garden and all the shaded seated areas. A great place to bring a picnic lunch
Site of Womadelaide. Fabulous festival for all ages and identities. So sad to see Cat Empire for the last performance here.
Adelaide's Botanical Gardens and Botanic Park are something worthy to brag about. We celebrated Christmas gatherings here many years ago, and returned for the first time in too long for 2021. The grounds are well kept, with plenty of space for all, including finding a patch to kick a football around. A highly recommended place to visit to just relax and enjoy your surroundings. Easy access with parking free on Sundays.
Beautiful gardens. I especially loved the rose garden and sunflower garden. Beautiful dams with turtles and ducks. Many great places to picnic or relax. Cafes where you can grab coffee or a glass of wine. I've heard the restaurant here is great too. A beautiful park close to city. Good for the soul.
I always love going to the Botanic Park. It's like an oasis in the city. I have taken my kids there often when they are down.
Great spot for a walk or chilling on one of the benches. Plenty of shady spots to have a picnic and enjoy the views. Lots of stunning trees everywhere and many beautiful Australian birds feeding. Definitely worth a visit when your in Adelaide #adelaide #Park #Australia
Recommend coming on a Monday at 2pm if you can! Ron, one of the lovely volunteers with the Friends of the Botanic Gardens, took us on a fantastic free 1hr guided tour of the Park. Got a great understanding of the diversity and an explanation of why certain trees had been planted there. Loved the experience!
Absolutely stunning scenery! Every inch of this place is breath taking!
The atmosphere her is honestly second to none, which is truly a quality to be admired given its close proximity to the ever bustling city!
It is the right place for the giant fig trees. There is an interesting collection of conifers at the east.
Always a favourite spot. Illuminate Adelaide is fantastic! Highly Recommended! For My videos see IG amanda_rainbow_stories
This park is gorgeous. If the sun is shining, it's a gorgeous place to relax and people watch. I was attending a wedding in the park and it was a gorgeous setting.
