Boston BBQ At Oasis

This place is such a joke. You never get anything on time, an hour later you get it stone cold. Don't go there.

I order through Uber Eats, and we've bought items from here before. Every burger we are receiving has BBQ sauce on it, which is never mentioned in the item description. After having made the mistake once, we routinely ask for no sauce of any kind with our burgers, and this has been ignored every time. We're sick of ordering things with specific, basic requests, and not having "no sauce or dressing please" ignored again and again!

I ordered a chicken schnitzel and chips with Dianne sauce, it was delicious and I had no complaints. Then around a month later I re-ordered the same meal however two mouthfuls in my mouth was on fire. The Diane sauce was way too spicy. And there was actual visible bits of chilli all through the sauce and my wife and our 18 month old son couldn't even eat it. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again from these guys again.

You call this half a rack of ribs? ! This is a third of a rack at best!

$25 for this? !

The OG Hotel has ribs on their menu and they charge a similar amount for more than double what you call “half a rack” AND it comes with chips.

You want good value? This place ain’t it.

I don’t know why theres so many bad reviews okay the sweet potatoes cooked be better but the burgers are bloody beautiful mate

Ordered their ribs on Menulog, unfortunately due to the quality I didn’t eat them but my dog loved it

-chips were cold and soggy
-“rack (or lack) of ribs” was definitely not worth the price

It's like I had heated leftover food from the refrigerator after 2 days! I ordered coz there was no other restaurants open for wings!

The lamb and chicken in AB is the worst! Sweet potato chips are too hard. Hotdogs are eatable but taste is so bad.
Hotdogs from Costco are 10 times better than this with a better price.

Terrible.order all wrong nachos came with tiny lipstick container of sour cream. And guacamole! What a nerve! Ribs microwaved and a few days old Gordon Ramsay. Classic nightmare! No salsa on the nachos with fake processes cheese! Chips are so stale I think they were a day old heated up! Just so bad! Wish I read reviews first disgusting

Absaloutly disgusting. The food was stone cold and heaps was missing from the order. The staff where just as disgusting with their attitudes and service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Look, the food was so amazing that I started to do the "Moon Walk" across the floor after eating my meal. I'm a reserved person but couldn't help myself. I started to sing, James Brown's "I feel good" as I was eating. You can't tell me nothing, that is how it is done when it comes to meals at Boston BBQ At Oasis! Superstar Restaurant! The pizza was phenomenal, the BBQ Wings were out of this world awesome and so delish, the nachos were muy bueno! Look, I love to cook and I know fantastic food when I taste it. There are a lot of awesome restaurants in Adelaide and this one is my favorite now. I want to know who the cook/chef is, and I want his or her autograph!

Slightly annoyed at the customer service, my partner ordered on ubereats, we got a phone call to advise there were no cheesy fries, then received a second call saying there were no ribs. Canceled our order. Duplicate business names on ubereats - 'Boston BBQ at Oasis and La Tomatina. Frustrated, I ordered from somewhere else on my account only to find it was the same franchise. But now they had ribs, but no cheesy fries. Number called from is also listed to be from Brisbane. Suggested to restaurant to update if things weren't available as other things had been made unavailable, restaurant was dismissive. Food was okay, had we have known they were both from the same place we would have looked elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this store. Placed on order on Uber which was cancelled and I was still charged. I rang the store to complain to the manager and was told he is not interested in my complaint. Never will I order from them again. Definitely will never order from this shoddy food outlet. There arrogance towards their customers is horrid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. This was the Cownadila store not Hilcrest

I ordered last night from Boston bbq, the food was really good.pizza was fluffy and yummy.their snitzels are out of the world.seems like it’s handmade.the delivery reached me in less than 25 mins.overall a great experience.will definitely order again!

Didn't enjoy anything we ordered. Kids pizza was very hard and my child had trouble eating it. The AB chicken was the worst i have ever had the chips were barley cooked, greasy and soggy, the chicken had a funny smell and taste. The garlic bread was barely cooked through and we didn't get the drinks that were ordered

They can be a little slow on orders and need to fix their trading hours on ubereats. But food is fantastic and always ready to eat!
