Do not use this service! Had 2 mirrors delivered, 1 mirror was damaged prior to lifting into the house. The removalists we reluctant to unpack it infront of my husband, when they did, it had a huge crack in it. The manager, Andrew, has since blocked our numbers and we’ve had to get a lawyer involved - he’s refused to pay for a 1500 dollar mirror that HIS removalists have damaged. Unbelievably unprofessional! We are still waiting on a resolution from Borgas. We keep getting lied to or ignored.

Good communication with Andrew from the first phone call. Removalists Jamie and James were absolutely fabulous, right on time and efficient. Very careful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble.highly recommend

My sister-in-law Ingrid Wilson in South Australia paid you yesterday in cash for work done yesterday by the two guys and just needs a receipt ASAP. That's not in dispute just because they didn't issue one on site. Why is there an issue? There is no issue. You guys need to lift your game on this one.

Moved a loved old piano from the Riverland to Eyre Peninsula for about 1/3 of the price of others. They were professional, careful, friendly and did everything at the time they said they would.

After delivering us someone elses bed (because snooze and harvey norman are now apparently one and the same.) they came back 2 days later to leave us with muddy carpet. Matt was lovely but the other guys was downright grouchy - I get people have bad days but that is no excuse to take your out your issues and mistakes out on your customers! Add the mess they left behind and the service is just next level inexcusable! Please note, these photos are taken AFTER vacumming, and still hasn't lifted after through cleaning.
