I’m a regular, prices are great, stock is constantly changing and the staff are always helpful. Her store credit for donations is fabulous and I recommend buying babies and toddlers clothing/toys etc pre-loved because it saves money but also does the environment a huge favour.

I purchased a dark colour childs parka and once home discovered dirty or staining on the back. Upon ringing the store I was told that items are sold "AS IS" and they would do an exchange if I wanted. She also said they do not have time to wash the items they get given. As the store is quite dark I suggested they improve the lighting so shoppers can see their purchase better, and she commented that most people do not like bright fluro lights. The assistant was rude and abrasive and she hung up on me. I will definitely not be shopping here again.

Staff are amazing, very helpful and will go out of their way to find what you are looking for at a price you are able to afford. If there is (rarely) something that cannot be found, you can put your name down and will be contacted when it comes in. My little boy is almost exclusively dressed in bonza bratz clothes. Amazing store with fantastic and knowledgeable staff.

Staff were aggressive and arrogant.
They brought my wife to tears and she is now too scared to go back.
