This is a really good Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and abundant. Although the staff are very busy, they are also very nice, enthusiastic and helpful.

Very renowned Chinese cuisine restaurant. Quiet pricey for wage-earners. But worth to indulge yourself once for a while. They haven’t failed me once ️. Good job

Been there couple of times. Had bad experience every time. So I avoid it now. They seems picking customers, nice to people who they think worth it and rude to the unimportant customers they think, and try to make you pay more.

Heard a lots of people commented they have good foods but bad in service. We went on the Mid-Autumn festival. It was full house and expected a long wait. It was absolutely surprise. We have our table very quickly. We didn’t wait too long for the foods.
We had the spicy tripe, roasted duck, E-Shan pork, Hokkien noodles. It was the best Chinese food. The waitress and the owner/cook were friendly and excellent service. Even got a free moon cake. ️
The only negative is the thermal water bottle is dirty.

The WORST attitude from the staff. They pick their customers. Nice to big group of people who order heaps but nasty to us.
The chicken we ordered was served cold with the cold oil gel still attached to it, after nearly one hour wait. Won’t be back again.

The WORST staff attitude we have ever experienced.

Have been here since they just started the business. The service quality has been going down seriously in recent years. Absolutely arrogant and impatient making customers feel like she runs the business for the sake of anger. The food is overpriced and not even tasty. Maybe owners think they've got enough customers in this little take away shop.

It was my worst experience in this place. Lack of cleanness, organization and customer service. Staff were so rude to their guests! I will never go there. Just wast my time

The food is exceptional and authentic Chinese cuisine. When you say you need to wait 40 minutes, do you know they only have one couple (the owner and her husband) cooking and taking orders? They need to take one order after another one and they apologize for long waiting. They are the best Chinese restaurant in Adelaide.

Good food takes time to cook and master. Don’t come here and rush the cook if you want to eat nice and yummy food. In a rush? Mcdonnald’s.
Amazing food and friendly staff. Clean and nice restaurant as well. Must try!

This is my third time take away from this restaurant. The favour changes lot.not tasty like before. And the customer service is bad.long time waiting and bad service attitude. NOT come again.

Customer service is so bad but food is really good. You do have to wait a very long time for you take away to come out to you like 40 minutes for one dish

Went there in a Saturday afternoon around 3: 45pm, door sign said the place was Open, only to be yelled at by a rude lady saying they were closed.

Great casual dining place. Both quality and portion of their foods were more than I expected. Will definitely visit again if I craving for chinese food. Only reason for 4 star is slow service. Maybe I was in too busy time

Definitely the best roast duck I’ve had in a long time. Certainly is authentic Chinese really enjoyed a lot of a dishes at a banquet there. Took a little while for food to come out and space maybe a little dated but still had a really enjoyable meal. Gets noisy when busy. Value and pricing about the same with similar restaurants.

Been to this place a couple of times. Each time has very different experience.

The food is hit and miss. Some dishes are nice and some are terrible.

The female owner of this place is very rude. She was very impatient. We asked her a couple of questions regarding a dish when deciding what to order, and she literally rolled her eyes and looked away. And she did end up walked away coz she doesn’t want to answer our questions.

The dishes were dirty as well. Glasses still have finger prints and oil on them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of good Asian restaurants in the area.

Just went back to complain about bones in my sweet n sour meal. They claimed to have the wrong order. They said it was pork ribs. However pork ribs doesn't have batter. I nearly broke my mouth plate.

They offered to refund my money, however said no to a replacement meal.

Why lie to your customers.then not fix their mistake. I have bought battered sweet n sour pork before.

SO I DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

Customers are the ones who pay your bills & refer on to others.

Take note.

One of their customers assulted me too. Absolutely disgraceful.

A HUGE MISTAKE. YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES.
DONT EVER SPEAK BACK TO A CUSTOMER.
